Queues are disabled for me, so should i be hopeful that the champs are changing?

What do you guys think of the new Shaco? I find that now that he's been nerfed he goes unbanned the majority of my games in ranked (im 1400 on average) and I can usually get him now. However, I'm finding his jungle speed underwhelming compared to Warwick and Udyr. He still has really strong ganks, and a very strong level 2 one after starting red buff. I just want to know the most efficient way to keep up in levels, as I'm starting to think Warwick and Udyr provide more more muscle in team fights right now. So, is Shaco really worth banning at this point in time?

I don't find shaco to much of a threat at all in his current form at my elo level.. especially after level 6-8
waste of a ban imo, although he's not a bottom of the barrel pick either.

I'm still feeling a bit squishy with Singed... Any suggestions for masteries? My current favorite is 0/21/9. Guess I'll also drop the MSpd quints to see how it feels with more HP. If I get 3 in Meditation, the MP5/L seals seem obsolete, so maybe I should try something with Veteran's Scars and 3 in Meditation, and then replace the seals with flat defense (because I have those already). I'm using Teleport/Ghost for now, but I really miss Cleanse. It just sucks being stunned.

You'd still ban him for the same reasons you used to ban him... because you don't want to deal with an annoying pubstomper. He baaaaasically still does the same thing, where he kills dragon after level 6 if you leave it alone for like 10 seconds, and he has a full-proof escape even if you attempt to gank him there.
I don't really feel his jungling is any slower than warwick.
My jungling pattern goes something like
- longsword + pot - stack boxes at golem (get team to defend it) - kill golem, leave the small ones alone for now (its unnecessary damage and i don't like hanging around golem too long anyways) - put a jitb near wolves but far enough that it won't trigger - go wraith camp, smite the big one (level up - this is why you don't need to cleanup the little guys at your golem) and kill the small ones - go back to wolves, put down a second jitb and kill the wolves. You take less damage than if you were to fight them with only 1 jitb - go back and finish the little lizards at golem - kill stone golems (smite's up again)
Shaco actually takes fairly minimal damage when jungling using this pattern because his boxes tank a lot of damage and also deals some nice DPS.
My build is:
- longsword + pot - madred's razor (for fast lizard) - boots 1 + as many doran's blade as you can afford up to 3 - get 3 doran's blade total - finish bloodrazor - finish guardian angel
Frankly, the only difference that the nerf made to my shaco setup is that I can't do smite/ignite anymore. Now I have to do smite/ghost

I'm no singed pro but I run the following without feeling squishy at all
0/9/21 <- get Strength of Spirit cleanse/ghost MS quint / MPen red / mp5plvl yellow / mres plvl blue
items are something like
mana crystal + two pots merc treads / swiftness roa banshees sunfire force of nature ga
though you've got a lot of latitude with items after your first RoA.

Here's a small but neat little Garen tip for those who didn't know about it. When hitting towers, auto attack it and then immediately Q it once the auto attack damage goes through rather than walking up to it and hitting q since Q refreshes his attack. Also applicable to enemy champions/minions except not really because you'll be spinning around most of the time.
Slight advantages are everything!

Anyone have a good soraka guide? The one linked in the OP has locket, which I am told is not a very strong choice.

i need to write a nunu guide, he's pretty dam good now. I can do dragon at level 4 with nunu with doran shield + hp pot start and then go on to same leveled with solo lanes. I play him whenever we got a big time carry like ezrael or kog and just keep bloodboiling them. good support/tank character now, 5-0 with him so far

thats really ineffective, i think you are forgetting the poit of jungling, using the buffs to gank. Normal cloth armor + 5 hp pots shaco can do golem/wolves/wraiths/lizard/small golems and still be full hp to go gank with double buff.

Possibly. I gank after I buy my madred's razor during my trip, but perhaps I can squeeze in 5 health pots and gank sooner. Same pattern though.

The part that is making me not pick him is the loss of Sheen as a viable item for AD, this will be alot more noticeable than 10 damage. I am loving Vlad at the moment though so I have no bad feelings.

no, thats why i faceplam when i see people jungle with people like xin zhao, nasus, etc. why are you taking some one that has good lane control to the jungle?
