Save the riot points for skins, you'll build IP up in no time. If there's any champion you like playing the most then buy the skin for it, you'll look cool
although I haven't bought any skins yet, I'm tempted to buy Stinger Akali, need more malphite skins though : [

Also 1v1 vlad is a whole lot easier than 5v5 vlad because your strategy has to be like "okay focus vlad except when he pools and don't chase him when you're low unless you're sure you can cc him so he can't use his skills unless his pool is up in which case you should still just run because if we commit and can't kill him we're getting aced, and oh yeah, second priority is ezreal..."
I would also accept nerfing his movespeed to ezzy-speed.

I need to try a new hero or something. 75% of my games over the last few weeks have been my team leaving the entire enemy team at 10-15% while scoring at most 1 kill and getting rolled in the process because they have no idea of when engaging is a good idea. Any suggestions for a tanky, non-Garen character that's capable of actually carrying games instead of relying on other people to do it for them? I can't take trying to support and having my entire team fail miserably anymore.

About RP: I would make a rough calculation on how much IP an IP buff gives you before you buy anything for RP that can also be bought for IP. Might be a better idea to buy an IP buff, dunno. I personally would only spend RP on RP-only stuff, except maybe for the hero bundles or 7 runepage bundle.
I just had to share mid with and idiotic feeding Ezreal ("wtfachicken") who kept flaming me. It was probably the best possible decision because Vlad took down bottom tower in no time and went 14/1/3 thanks to having a solo lane. You wonder what our team was? Ashe, Ez, Vlad, Kennen, Ryze. No idea how we won that.

Aderp derp. really? cuz many "top" players think kassadin is imba right now. Keyword. When I started playing him everyone rolled their eyes at me when I demanded solo. It was always "don't feed noob" etc. etc. Now it's like "GO FOR IT" and it's not even like he got super buffed or anything. really? i've never though that kassadin was a bad hero. grandjudge kassadin is super super scary, dogkaiser kassadin is annoying as balls, even people like dubu and xpecial sometimes snowball and carry hard with their kassadins.
Everyone believes Elementz/Phreak/L0cust who've historically had Kassadin in shit tier. I had him in shit tier for a long time, too. Up until like a month ago he was still considered Mundo/Teemo tier. It's been more of a recent thing that it's become "cool" to play him.
Anyways my point is that people judging heroes by tiers (which I've been guilty of) is pretty dumb. These things change so often even without any actual balancing that it's stupid compared to player skill.

How do the armor pen runes work? Is each one like a % of armor pierced or do the Greater ones for example pierce 2 armor for each one you have?
Im quite confused on how they work..
Eitherway done with reds and only need 7x210 tofinish yellow :D

As much as I know they work the same as mpen runes and every info I've seen stated it's flat reduction. 50 - 15 apen/mpen = 35, etc.
I have mpen runes for marks and glyphs and its quite noticable since I got them.

Also i dont think Urgot is useless(i read this a page or two back..) Just people havent figured out how to play him, my friend plays a realllly good Urgot and he usually gets ridiculous scores in most games

I think he's talking about the EU 4 game 2x IP from server instability that he can't use because of server instability. I don't think per-win expire, but I could be wrong?

That one expires after 4 wins. I think it implied somehow that it is not limited by time, but I already got all 4 wins so I can't check now.

The 150 from FWotD don't seem to be doubled. I always got between 100 and 120 bonus IP.
