I've had some fun playing with her, but I really doubt I'm "doing it right." I've been doing pretty well with Ashe soloing mid. The build I use... Abilities: R>W>Q>E (ability priority, R being the ultimate, W being the volley/arc shot, whatever the name is) Summoner Spells: Ghost, Heal (I'll explain it later) Items: Meki pendant Philosopher's Stone Berserker's Greaves Infinity Edge Bloodthirster Black Cleaver Phantom Dancer Strategy: Like I said, you should always ALWAYS solo mid. Save your first shot for the champion you're laneing against (due to your passive, increased crit when you're not shooting). Your priority should be pushing the enemy champion in middle back by using your arc shot (I can't remember the name--you know what I'm talking about ), and after that last hitting minions. If you push back your enemy to their tower you get the advantage over killing minions, and if they're too aggressive you will kill them. Only use your slowing shot on champions, never minions. When you get your ultimate at level 6, be aggressive and stun+gank the enemy champion when they're away from their tower. Ghost and Heal are useful because you can draw the enemy to tower dive into you while you either A) Heal and get the easy kill or B) Ghost to safety. Once you reach level 6-8, help the other lanes get ganks, making sure you communicate with each other and mark who you're killing. As usual get towers whenever you can, but your job is to level fastest (much of the point of being in middle) and then rake in the ganks to get the advantage. Remember your ultimate can go across the map, so once you get the hang of it you can make educated "pop shots" to get your enemies stunned without you being MIA from your lane. Ashe's easy to pick up. Just remember (write it down!!!) this build and you should be able to do well in-game. Good luck!
Yeah that seems atrocious... a few notes
1) don't get mana regen, you don't need it. If you seriously cannot get by without any buy a doran's ring at start, if you're managing your mana carefully that should be enough.
2) Attack speed is not that good on ashe so ditch the berserker's greaves for merc treads or boots of swiftness. greaves don't multiply efficiently on her until really really late in the game. + it has dissynergy with cold arrow unless you're leet enough to toggle it between every shot.
3) Heal is not ideal for ashe. teleport + cleanse, teleport + ignite, teleport + flash, ghost + exhaust, ghost + cleanse, teleport + fortify, etc... I would pick all of these above heal + ghost on her imo.
4) Don't go nuts with the cross-map arrows, you only get a little more than one every minute and you'll kick yourself if you miss a difficult shot and it screws you over because you can't take an easy one later. Also they cost you two and a half volleys so generally you don't want to take risks with them.
I much prefer this
- Doran's Shield. If you're feeling ballsy, sub in Doran's Sword. If you're feeling super-ballsy, boots + 2/3 health potions. There's some competition between Doran's Shield and Regrowth Pendant because if you sell them Regrowth Pendant ends up costing 81 gold less - so you get a free ward. I keep my starter with ashe though so I don't feel pendant is that great a deal. - Remember your first shot of the game is going to be a crit so use it to gain a quick health advantage. Keep harassing your opponent, your goal is to farm while keeping him low enough that if you just walk into his creeps, he has to back off of the wave and you gain more xp/gold than he does. This is zoning, it's extremely important with ashe. - Take mid and stay in lane until you have 1850. If you go back, teleport on the return trip so as to miss as little farm as possible. You are rushing BF Sword. After you get it, you can go help your team, or keep farming to - Infinity edge
After that, definitely help your team. Generally speaking, you're not an amazing farmer, once IE gets your damage back on the curve you need to start producing in teamfights. Other than getting mercury treads asap, don't go for survivability after this because you've already sunk too much gold into dps to tank properly. You need damage (bloodthirster is nice), potions, and wards. Don't make stupid plays, if you get focused you're going down.

Also I prefer different people mid than ashe
|
Don't get teleport. An ashe without cleanse/ghost is a free kill for anyone.
|
I think teleport/flash or teleport/cleanse is best. I really do like teleport on her.
EDIT: Also I think ashe should either be solo or go unpicked, she's just not that good in 2 man sidelanes. If you have a jungler giving you two solos it doesn't have to be mid

Hey! Anyone tried Eve before? I want to try her. Any item/skill/rune build that I can use?
|
I'd advise you to stay away from Eve for now.

Brag post yay! I'm 17-1 with galio now.. a bunch of close calls, including the last one I played in which I was terrible! The highlighted one is my current build.

except u cant kite spells that have equal range with ur autoattack so she insta dies to like nearly everything. annie kat trist ezreal blahblahblah list goes on and on' whereas most champions that go mid at least have a fighting chance lawl. also her one offensive spell pre 6 , pushes the lane. so yah.

Man I can't believe Zhonya active doesn't work with Nunu's ult. They should really make it so that it does. Hell they could really buff him and automatically give him a 1 second zhonyas at the start of his ult.

I was on a 15 game win streak until I started screwing around with the ninjas again, now I've lost like 10 of the last 12 hahah. I finished my pro energy regen run set though, so worth it.
Also, in case you were wondering, Kennen can't solo lane against champs that can tower dive. At all.
another thing - I think Kennen's lightning rush is bugged. I was using it while silenced against this Cho. Gonna test it again now.

I'm kind of going through a huge Eve fad right now, I'll swap my masteries over and play her for a few hours. Summation of my experience: Don't play Eve. Eve is basically below average in anything you could want to do. After playing her quite a bit (though I still feel like I can test some new things with her) she still feels like she's simply struggling to do anything. Early game, she has no slow/disable so she's basically a slow-moving melee char that can't invis to escape. Mid-game, you're so focused on getting some +health items that your team is either good and doesn't need you (making her irrelevant) or your stuck farming somewhere, slowly. Late game, if you're a bit lucky and haven't fed too much, you'll have some good items and depending entirely on your team's composition (read: nothing you can do in terms of skill can change this): you'll either be a thorn in the enemy's side and you'll rack up 15+ assists, or you'll continue to be food throughout the game.
Basically, Eve is only really playable if your team could've won 4v5 with or without you.

Yeah the main problem I see with playing against Ashe mid is her volley is pretty useless with good positioning, which can be done on any hero. This forces most of her pressure to be auto-attacks and she can't afford many minion hits before she looks stupid. On the other hand a good Ashe sniper can be so powerful and helpful for the team, but the same could be said of Ezreal who in my opinion does it better.
|
galio is a crazy creeps sweeper but much more useful for the team than sivir.
as soon as you play him right, your team always has a higher chance of winning the game :D

Man i fucking LOVE jungle Udyr!
Free win every time :p

solo mid with galio once you're level 7+ is pretty retarded. get like 2 doran rings and enough mana regen and just spam the shit out of his e, it's riciculous.

As promised, heres my guide. As always, i like feedback, whether good or bad, if the general consensus is that its good, i would like 1st page south
BEAR Barbsq's guide to the fat man (no not gragas...) Urgot is an enjoyable hero, i really enjoy playing him and would totally recommend him to other ppl. Just note however that his AD scaling is awful, in fact its worse than panth's spearshot and the AP scaling on his grenade is pretty lackluster as well (altho ap scaling is pretty decent on his shield, but i didnt notice it thaat much). Between these two, i decided that the strongest way to play him revolves around some early game AD/APEN items, transitioning into tank items, such that you can reasonably maintain presence in the late game.
So now that we got all that out of the way, lets get into the nitty gritty. Ive been favoring apen marks, mp5pl seals, and cdr blues and apen quints, pretty standard stuff, i'd def recommend mp5pl yellows or blues, simply because he has a few mana problems early on, but nothing that cant be solved by 1 mana color, and tbh, i cant fucking use enough mana mid-> late game, so dont get both colors. Apen ofc is to augment his early game, and im sure you could do apen quints as well, but w/e works.
I run 0/9/21 (more in defensive works great too) and ghost/flash since i run ghost flash on every1, as long as ur not getting retarded shit like revive or clarity or something dumb like that ur good (ignite is pretty good, works well early game, ive just found flash/ghost to be really awesome for positioning)
Call me a noob, but ive really started liking meki opening on urgot. The plan is to build it into manamune, and with meki + mp5pl seals, i can spam q all day lvls 1-5. Then it kinda depends on whether or not you are solo or not. I really like urgot in a dual lane, especially with a physical dmg dealer, since you can really take advantage of the armor reduction on your grenade. My favorite partner is xin, but me and kingske absolutely wrecked a taric lane when he was garen. Standard combo is pop w (for slow) and autoattack them, making e wicked easy to hit, then hover your mouse over the target and q them every 2 secs its up, once you get ult, use as appropriate.
Optimum skill build for me has been q,e,w then r>q>w>e. Honestly, the e is just for aiming q, its dmg is pathetic and your shield (w) is waaay too awesome not to pick up right after q. If they are stacking armor, slip some extra e's in be4 the end, since the reduction increases with level, but 10 armor reduction should be plenty until the later stages of the game, when they have enough armor for you to actually reduce. Once you hit 6, coordinate with your teammate to use your ult+shield combo to spank someone. Due to the fact that urgot has monstrous earlygame (your e+q can easily wreck most ppl @ lvl 2) and it just gets better until about lvl 9 or so, an r+w (even under tower) into e+q should be quite feasible @ 6.
So new item build is manamune -> zerker greaves (replaceable with mercs if you want) -> banshee's veil or frozen heart -> which ever one you didnt get (unless they are literally all one dmg type, but this never happens) -> ???. This is your core, with just these 4 items you do shittons of dmg and are really hard to kill.
if possible, squeeze a brutalizer in there early on, but only if you are getting farmed or fed.
also gonna experiment with last whisper.
A final note about his ult. Be very cautious about using it to initiate post ganking phase and once teamfight phase starts, since a poorly timed ult can really fuck you/your team over. In general, i prefer to either initiate just by charging into them or have some1 else initiate, then ult any1 who goes for your squishies (ashe, ez, corki, etc) such that they get sent back to the middle of the tanky v tanky fray, instead of beating on your dps.

so I just played misfortune... Ashe wishes she was this good....
+ Show Spoiler + Basics: Ranged hero (550, the same as ezreal)
Passive: Strut After not being hit for 7 seconds she gains 25 move speed and additional move speed every second up to 80 move speed max
Q: Double up Shoots a bullet that does 75% wep damage + X to a target and then bounces to a nearby target doing 120% of the damage done. It says behind but it will jump to anything close by but prefer targets behind. W: Impure shots Passive :Each consecutive attack against a single target adds damage Active: increases attack speed and attacks reduce healing by 50% for 6 seconds E: Make it Rain Fires a volley of bullets that do damage and slow (ap ratio). Damage is pretty high and size of the aoe, damage, and slow % increase with level. The only downside is that the skill does a ton of tiny damage shots (ie rank 1 does 95 damage which hits for like 20 damage 5 times) and the aoe goes down before it starts damaging. R: Forgot the name Fires 8 volleys of bullets infront of her that deal damage based on her AD or AP whichever is higher. is a frontal cone with about 950+ range
