In other news, sorry about that game guys, I shouldn't have tried to AP warwick when people were trying out new champs at the same time. I was kinda raging too because shake was saying we had no initiation when we had nasus who just runs in and hits them to initiate. They focus, he ults/withers or they run and you KNOW they weren't running. I just think that nasus is one of the best initiators in the game plus we had a teemo with slow and anivia/warwick/taric to stun so like as soon as he's in there their whole team is cc'd. I think our initiation was great and we should have been pushing fights every time we had the chance. Instead we let mord and garen run in on us and silence/spin/ult us, letting morgana and yi get ults and auto attacks off on us as we ran like pussies. But yeah, honestly if I had done a good warwick build we would have just ran them over so I'm sorry, it was my fault. | ||

To Southlight and Mogwai: thank you guys so much for your help. Kassadin rocks so hard it's unbelievable. I seriously love him forever and CANNOT BELIEVE that they are buffing his magic resist (lulz?). Against any caster-type in mid (except maybe Anivia), he is just the boss of the lane. Against physical DPS, I just buy a bunch of health potions and relentlessly spam Q. I just did a 5-man premade tonight for several games (we are all hovering around lvl 23-24 average). Our very last game was up against 4 lvl 30's with decked out Tier 3 rune pages, and it showed at the beginning. We got outlaned and outganked (bad map awareness on our part) and it seemed like the game was over (lost a bunch of towers too). But I just bought the SS and begged everyone to push the lanes up so we can have vision. We ended up splitting their team badly, and I built 20 stacks in no time. Every time there was a fight we would just rock them and no one ever got away alive, not even with GA. At the end of the game in the lobby, one of them said that I was to blame for their loss (*fistpump*). But really you guys deserve the credit (especially Southlight). ----------------- And people talking about HoN and it's features vs. LoL: the games are so incredibly different! I used to play HoN, and I don't think I could ever go back to the boring last-hit-deny fest. Taking denies out of the game places a lot more strategy and action into a lane. It makes hero's abilities count for more and makes the lane composition extremely important. Also, the bottled runes in mid really bugged me, among other things. | ||

I was going a more support build, Anivia wasn't getting farmed enough, and Nasus just isn't a big damage powerhouse. They had a bulky offense team and we didn't have the durability nor the damage to overcome them. We were just out-matched. Bloodrazor WW would have helped immensely, but it still would have been very close. They were decent players, not really smart but not stupid enough to make dumbass mistakes. In other news: Galio's ult + Kat's ult = dead team. | ||
