Those are the previews to the riot skins not user-made.

Wow that blitz skin is really special. <3 And Jax too, fantastic! All the rest are comparatively mild

mpen reds for sure.
AP or mp5 / lvl yellows depending on how spammy you want to be CDR or AP blues depending on if you feel you need the CDR
HP or AP quints depending on if you really want to live life on the edge

l0cust: i was under the impression UnOfficial was somewhat involved in the whole matter (as in, on regi and finkill's side). don't see why ODonnell seemed to have gotten hit the hardest. you and i both know that RIOT has simply epic-failed this tournament on every level (Loci was telling me about how he spent an hour waiting as they tracked down a RIOT official to settle a rule dispute). scheduling matches has been a pain and the majority of the community (aka LoL forums) have no idea what's actually going on. they simply thought CLG would cakewalk to the finals (which is looking more likely than ever).
seriously, WCG was a great chance to gain a lot of publicity and make a lot of money for both RIOT and possibly the teams involved. too bad Matt Marcou is a bumbling idiot and 90% of the rules (from qualifications to NA finals format) simply don't make sense. it's sad to let the opportunity slide (especially when we're involved) but we simply can't overcome RIOT's stupidity.

The thing is the number of good players at the top that are active and are trying to push this game's competitive community forward is really really small. Of the teams in the tournament, only a handful actively queue in the ladder, and a few setup skirmishes. AoN is disbanding, and they were the most active team as of late. Team games like this have a very difficult to get into "top tier". It is even worse with the 6month grind you have to do in LoL..
That sucks Kinda sucks that Riot's just catering to the masses, but at the same time it's hard to fault them entirely for it, especially if they're going to seriously try to clean up the scene and limit BS from now on. The big question for me regarding this is how tough they'll be hereonforth, as in whether they'll maintain the precedent set, or whether this was just a one-time "cater to the mob" sort of thing. I genuinely hope it's the former, but I'd also wholeheartedly agree they've done nothing to show that it's the case. As for the problem with team games, I agree there too, from my Guild Wars experience. As far as I know the only way ArenaNet was able to "solve" the problem was to finally introduce regular (as in, monthly) tournaments... and they did this 3 years after the initial release of the game (eyeroll) which was too late to stop the Korean scene from departing. It's only been a year for Riot, but the slowness with replays (although the technical difficulty is somewhat acceptable), lack of observer mode, and the severe lack of official tournaments makes them teetering on the edge at the moment... if they were relying on community tournaments they were banking on the wrong thing because the community is way too fragmented (no primary gathering site other than arguably the official forum) for that sort of thing to work. We'll see, I guess :/ lol, most people's 1st post on the forum is trash but this one is different. its a gem we have right here! ... i hope you realize L0CUST isn't just a random player, he's a professional tier-list maker. i'd like to think that a lot of these people come to TL thread since Neo and i sport our awesome [TL] tag . liquidparty4lyfe.

Hotshot now using own3d.tv in case anyone cares http://www.own3d.tv/live/163 don't know if own3d has non-schedule stuff since I don't really see a clgame landing page anywhere.

I don't think RIOT is stupid, they're just inexperienced. Going from basically nobody into a professional gaming scene in a year? Not sure any company could live up to that.
I personally wouldn't have banned anyone from tournament play that didn't actually conspire to hack the account. People on the internet troll. its like a second job. Maybe reprimanded? Given a handicap at most.

I'm not using it currently because dodge is expensive, but I'm curious, is it actually any good?

I use apen marks, mp5/lvl yellows, and cdr blues..
health quints..
never tried the life on the edge strat.. dodge yellows on annie are eh.. that means you probably need mp5 glyphs and you give up your cdr.. if you get the cooldown masteries, and the cd blues then your either close or at max when u get blue buff by wtf pwning their ww :D

lawl i approve of the new jax skin. the kat one was acutally done by some fan. i remember seeing it in the LoL forums. i dont like the morg skin. the fallen morg skin is just so sick, there is no reason to play another one.

mpen reds, dodge yellows, cd/lvl blues, speed quints, 0/9/21 masteries, flash/tele summoner skills.
That runepage i actually made for my mord, but i found out it goes quite nicely with annie (or any other champ i played for that matter) as well. The utility masteries will help with cd and mp, and 9 points in defensive helps a bit with surviving early game. The speed proc can actually be quite nice if you go for ninja tabi.

Ohhh my FUCKING GOD. I've posted plenty of times here where i complain about low elo players and how fucking horrible solo q is, and usually people just dismiss it.
Just now had a game and at the start our viegar tells us he's "just IP farming and going to be AFK the whole game."
*rage*
