Buy a ward, now you don't have to worry. Fiddle can't put any pressure unless he has his ult, and without blue you can't spam your abilities. Last hitting with fiddles 46+2 damage is near impossible, so you can either uses your mana killing or hitting the other team. Keeping someone alive is not restricted to simply healing them Shen can be a lifesaver with his taunt, Alistar is designed to keep their DPS away from your Squishies, Rammus will rammus you.
