Other counterpicks are karthus who laughs at a heimer lane, ashe is good, chogath. Because of this heimer isn't even a good pick unless it is last pick and he can catch the other team completely off guard. | ||

Max W last, AP is the better build(Hotshot seems to go GRB->Sheen->Zhonyas, but I see him skip the Sheen, probably when he's having a beast farm/high kill game and doesn't need a bridge item). | ||

Surprisingly enough, it's the exact same build I'd use for laning as well =P Some people might differ, but I find this to be the most effective one. I actually prefer maxing boxes before Deceive because I don't really think Deceive is that good for damage.
