Also, with blue buff, I can keep tears on whenever I need it, namely when I'm near enemy champs/creeps. And I go Bandage Toss (q) at lvl 4 usually. | ||

Because I just played a game where heimer and his team humped every tower with 3 of his turrets and just spammed grenade at the towers and they went down one by one and they won. every time someone would try to approach they died. When no one did approach the tower wasn't possible to be saved. That until inhib, then do to every lane until all inhibitors are down. Balanced champion | ||

In the early game, you're main constraint on harassment is mana, not CDs, so unless you're jungling (blue buff) or a non-mana user, I don't see them as all that useful during that phase. in the mid-late game mostly I find that fights don't last long enough for your 2nd ability uses to be much more than a luxury. Initial burst goes down and the battle is typically decided, with faster CDs typically only being useful for cleanup, where I typically consider needing to wait another second or two to not be an issue. Balanced champion I’m going to step out on a limb and say you didn’t handle heimer in the laning phases of the game. Heimer has massive late-game momentum if he is unharassed during laning phases. There are many heroes which can do this easily. Ashe, Ezreal, Pantheon, and Poppy just to name a few are heroes I never want to see on the enemy team when I’m playing Heimer (and he is my main so I do that often) each of them have the ability to completely shut him down if they have even the faintest idea of how heimer plays. Most players bitch about heimer because they don’t know how to fight against him. Edit, also the way you summarized your game it appears your team went piecemeal into the entire enemy team - good playstyle | ||

After that point he got 3 turrets there and pushed with his whole team until mid inhib went down, rinse and repeat. If you want to try to kill him, I hope your tank has fun running into 3 slowing rapid-fire turrets and 5 of their members. Needs to be a fucking amazing tank if you won't die right away,and after that your team will get completely walked over. I'd love you to show me your theorycraft in practice on how to beat a setup like that. After the firstblood when the next ganking situation arrived he already had his upgraded turrets along with his ultimate and that can't be dealt with in a reasonable way. Heimer became first blood and was 1 level lower than our mid, still at the end of the game he had 7 fucking tower kills and there was nothing we could do(part of the problem was that my team was a bunch of retarded morons) | ||
