The only way an Akali can use shroud to escape in my experience is to cast it right besides a bush, but ranged harassers will rarely be focusing so hard on being defensive. | ||

Everyone landed stuns right when they needed to on Panth/Kat when they did their channels and we utterly wrecked them with only 5 deaths. First of all, I don't use ignite. Second, I still would like to see the W/L and K/D. If they use a support, I'd take that into account. Oh right, and Veigar actually has relatively mediocre AP ratios. Early game I farm with Veigar, but he certainly can kill people when he gets his ulti. Stun DM Baleful Ulti combination can do about 450 damage to most people, and in combination with your lane partner might be able to kill someone. It's not necessary though, Veigar doesn't mind farming and increasing his AP. If you're solo mid(Veigar's not too good of a solo mid because he doesn't have the mana for harrassing or anything) it's a lot harder to get a kill until your lane opponent goes back or the laning phase just ends after a while. If a teammates of yours is good though and comes to gank the mid, Veigar can generally help enough with the kill. Veigar isn't exactly an early game champion but he still can burst someone with the help of a teammate. After he goes back for the first time and gets the Catalyst or whatever, it's going to become a lot easier to control your lane. If they don't have cleanse, you can horizon -> DM -> baleful all day until they're low enough to be killed by one full combo. It's quite a remarkable transformation, to be honest. At this point, it's pretty normal to get some kills, you can also DM any jungle camp while travelling and lasthit every jungle creep with Baleful for the extra AP. At this point in game I like to just lasthit with baleful and if the situation arises, do a stun -> DM -> (baleful) combo at them and well, you'll gain some lane control. The stun should be able to net you some kills along with some of your teammates, although Veigar can't really solokill anyone from full hp at this point. You just keep farming everything you can and use your stun along with your combo to kill stuff with your team. Blahblah rod of ages, baleful farm -> amazing AP. Then near the end of the game you can pick off any AP champ that doesn't have a super high mres and other squishies as well, wonder why I even wrote all this O_o No idea, maybe someone will pick something useful from it. Sigh -.- I always defend towers and ping people to defend them, ping team to do dragon, ask people to gank even if it's not on my lane(like if I'm bot and think it'd be good, I ask ryze at top lane to gank mid), and so on. I don't just pick off people to abuse KDR or something -_- Oh well, maybe ranked mode will have less terrible players. | ||
