Because it gives aspd + AD for your W, AD + AP for your Q, and doesn't cost much? I figure Sivir still probably wants ONE aspd item, and it seems like the best one (unless Last Whisper now works with bouncing blade, in which case it's the obvious choice). | ||

LW has worked with Ricochet since last patch lol. So yea, GRB can go eat a dick. She only has 1 AP ratio anyway and it's on the skill she typically uses to open a fight, so it's not like you're really going to benefit from the AP on it until the 2nd one. And GRB sucks as an AS item because it takes too long to build up. EDIT: it's for the Regen, duh! | ||

maybe that's how they do it in Mashall Islands and the Czech Republic, but I have to say I've never observed this phenomena in the US, lol.
