How to determine if your team will win during the loading screen in Solo Queue:
After a myriad of games played in the solo queue I have determined a few ways of determining if your team will stand a chance against the opposing team by constructing a few rules for pre-game "wars" between each side. Not all of these wars are of my own creation but so far they have proven fairly reliable.
The Skintimidation War: It's commonly known that whichever team has the most skins will be the likely victor in the Rift. However, after countless hours in the lab performing experiments that would boggle even the brightest and most influential minds in the scientific world, I have concluded that it is slightly more complicated then this. Looking to my predecessors, I have noted that it would be wise to follow Newton and figure out how to quantify these metrics.
I have thereby discovered that there are several factors which determine if a particular skin counts for or against your team in the war. I have attempted to simplify the process such that those who have not received a master's degree in every field of Science and Mathematics offered in the world could understand it. Here is the following point system which you can use to determine the victor.
If a skin is legendary, it is worth 2 points. If the skin has been on sale at any point in the last month it is worth negative 1 point. If the skin was for a special occation, such as Halloween or the Olympics, it is worth 1.5 points. If the skin was for a different occation, such as PAX or Facebook give-aways, it is worth negative 1 point. If it is any other non-default skin, it is worth 1 point.
The team with the most points total has the likelihood of victory stacked in their favor.
The War of Numbers and Xs: This war is one you do not wish to win. A common plague amongst many games, the team which has the most Numbers and/or Xs in their names will likely give up first blood before dragon spawns. Alternating capital and lowercase letters counts as a double offense here, and is worth two points.
An example name which would fail is "XxXDaRkRyDeR3529XxX" which could likely cost your team the game entirely on its own.
The "Cool Convo Bro" War: While not a battle you can compare to your foes, this war can give you an excellent indication of your team's communication skills. When you type something into the pre-game chat which would normally warrant a response in a conversation between two people standing face to face, and nobody has responded to you before they lock in, then you can consider yourself to have lost this war and should expect to lose the game because your team is never in the correct position.

There is no way those LeBlanc skills are legitimate. She would absolutely destroy uncoordinated teams even if she was literally incapable of inflicting damage. W E and R are insane, Even in organized teams it's difficult to get targets focus fired properly, let alone if they are switching around.
Not to mention the horrible look it will have, imagine if Shen and Trist swapped, would the "Shen" be shooting from almost 800 range but displaying his melee graphic? Or would trist now have to walk up to the enemy to keep the illusion?
Then if would be GG every time one of LeBlanc's allies got fed early because you wouldn't be able to focus down the fed target before they ace you.

My advice on Solo Queuing: Don't.

Either they implement this in a way that makes it blatantly obvious and thus worthless, or they implement it in a very convincing way, and thus absurdly powerful.

Our top needs to be able to play Kennen and Annie (and now that I think of it, Anivia would be fine here too) to assure that we get both the AP burst and sustainable CC we need from that slot. And they need to be able to play both with Flash + Teleport. With how we're trying to shift our teamplay, that's just how it's gotta be. If Shake really wants it, that's fine, I have been devoting my solo queue time to Jungling and playing that exact role (annie/kennen top), so theoretically I work in both slots. Frankly I'd rather play the caster because I feel I have developed some bad habits with regards to jungling vs. teams that suck at counter jungling, but w/e, we all have kinks we gotta work out right now, so either way there are going to be some growing pains.
And if no one else wants to step up to the plate about coordinating us and barking out orders, I'll do it. Again, this style of communication is a difference from what we've usually done in the past, so I expect that regardless of who we put in this role, there are going to be growing pains associated with ditching the decision making by commitee we're used to, but ultimately I think it will work out in our favor to have snappy calls (assuming our leader has sufficient map awareness and decision making). I don't really care. I sort of just, believe it or not, wan to play. O.O Guess I'll play udyr or ww next time we do.

there is no way they can really implement that in a convincing way.. at least as far as I can come up with in my head...
will oracles reveal the "truth", pretty much countering these abilities?

I think the Leblanc fake skill set leak was just a test to see if the small group of testers allowed on the TR could be trusted.. which obviously failed probably just as fast as the leak from last patch LoL. Don't worry though, it is a good idea to limit the number of people who can view and test the incoming changes /rolleyes

If not fake, I'd expect to be able to click on targets and see the actual items they're carrying so that you can figure out who's who (like how Shaco clones have no items).

that passive alone would make her the most broken champ in the game, there is literally 0% chance that's at all real

Currently 10 sign-ups, this shit is goin' down!
OK guys, with the demise of Gozey, I'm going to (try to?) run a TL inhouse. Unlike Gozey, I'm going to try to mix things up a bit to keep things fun, since TL has a pretty diverse skill range. Sign up by November 12th, tournament on November 14th, 17:00 GMT (+00:00) 19:00 GMT (+00:00) (note: this will be after daylight savings ends, so it'll be 2pm eastern time; TL's time tag may currently imply 3pm eastern) (second note: moved 2 hours later so west coasters can play). Here are the rules:
Signups are individual. I will cut off at multiples of five. If I get 27 signups, the last two people to sign up will be dropped used as alternates.
PM me to sign up.
Teams will be auto-generated based on ELO to keep things even.
Series will be three games.
Game 1: Teams will draft from the week's free champions (10 free champs means no bans). You are drafting for the OTHER TEAM. In other words, you want to pick the worst, weakest, most unbalanced composition possible. Standard 1-2-2-2-2-1 pick order.
Game 2: Teams will take turns banning from the free champions, 1-2-1-1, with the team that lost game 1 going second (and getting 3 bans). This will leave 5 free champions remaining. Both teams will consist of these champions (mirror match).
Game 3: ARAM!
I'd like to use more than the free champs, but not everyone has everything, and keeping lists of who you can legally ban/force the other team to use based on who has what is too much of a hassle.

With solo queueing, althought i dont win alot cause of them, i feel like i can just move onto the next game... i do kinda wanna do premades though >.O

Assuming the LeBlanc skill leaks aren't fake -- and I find them very suspect for the same reasons STS17 and others have said -- Not sure if want. A deception-based champion like that is going to need some serious testing and overlooking before being rolled out, because W, E, and R seem like they would be ridiculous in action, especially in pub games.
So again, I don't think those leaks are real.

that set of abilities is just horribly horribly difficult to implement and also retardedly unfun. I have more faith in Riot than that.

actually that W doesn't seem that good. it's essentially a 2-second disable, but you're still able to move. and attack. if it comes down to an enemy is about to die and she throws that on you during a gank attempt where your teammates are mostly full health, it'd be worth it to toss out a spell at a random target anyways. 1/3 or 1/4 chance you kill her, the negative effects are just some damage to the gankers, which wouldn't really matter imo. or you could just not be a retard and see that your udyr/olaf/rammus is making a beeline for the enemy tower for absolutely no reason and realize that that's the enemy champ derp derp
also how would that work in a 1v1 situation? would you appear to be leblanc all of the sudden? least effective illusion ever

It makes me want to queue AGAINST friends, on purpose, to grief people...
Aside from that whatevs.

Trolling a game as AP Jungle Trynd is hilarious when you can heal yourself beyond full. I can't believe how bad the other team was when we played that game...

I love how whenever any information comes out about anything everyone thinks the world is going to end.
Happened with urgot and I bought into the hype (and 3150 price tag). Happened with swain and I waited to see. Happened with Lux and I already knew the outcome.
Keep flipping out over new champions and patch notes. It's hilarious to read!

I'm going to subscribe to the "Riot tests the trustworthiness of testers" theory. That skill set simultaneously would make LeBlanc the best troll and worst actual champion in the game.
