I just practice random champs in solo, like last game I was Teemo. I don't really care about my rating but it sucks that my recent games were lost because of someone leaving. I really don't take it seriously, haha.

Also, holy shit I never realized how strong early dragon was. I mean I knew it was strong but never so much! In my jungletrynd game I was running bot to gank at level 4 and I crossed WW doing dragon. I had just used smite on red so I tried to just pull him off of it while I waited for my team. sillyme I forgot it was 940 elo and no one was coming. He smited dragon and then turned on me, killing me before I could get away. Boom, two level advantage. I was never evenclose to catching him after that ![]()

If you are a champ who is afraid to participate in these, you're going to get bullied in your jungle, get dragon taken from you consistently, and not be able to give your team the map control a jungler is supposed to.

This is somewhat of a call-to-arms folks. I suspect Riot is up to no good- all signs are pointing to the fact that they are planning on removing the summoner ability Flash- perhaps moving it to an on-use set of tank/initiator oriented boots. I don't have all the links to back this up. Suffice to say you can hop around redtracker and see some posts by Zilean talking about it- and the boots. http://runeterra.com/forums/index.php?topic=1518.0 I'm very strongly against this. I feel the removal of flash would dilute LoL's gameplay and lower the game's skill cap. I'm absolutely livid at the prevailing idea amongst modern game designers to nerf things into a state of mediocrity. Good competitive games thrive on multiple 'overpowered' options. A beautiful well-balanced game isn't polished to a sheen- it's jagged and non-symmetrical. I cite the "power overwhelming" article comparing SC2 to SC1. Or the reason pros hate SSF4 compared to its predecessors. Anyway, I digress. I'm a bit of a fanatic when it comes to people removing competitive options from my favorite competitive games. You folks should voice your opinion on that thread or on the LoL forums.

I actually think moving it to a slightly later-game option is fine.

When an MF (for instance) is boldly fighting at opposing tower and WW comes in, it's BS that she can just Flash over the WW and be free. This doesn't take skill. Skill would be warding the bushes etc. to prevent being ganked. Too true... i often won't even bother going for a gank if I know that person has flash.
