I cant 1 shot anyone because i tried to gank twice and failed and then you pranced around in a 3-4 man group ganking. I wasnt intentionally feeding i had no choice. either i farmed and died or i didnt farm and i died?

Urgot is actually pretty decent with the patch now. Since LW effects his Q you can actually afford to build some useful shit so you stay alive and still do damage and can actually have an impact on teh game past the early stages.
As a mid you have a really strong gank and your ability to take a 1v2 lane and still mess with the enemy team while last hitting fine is a good plus as well, again your early ult makes ganks a breeze when coordinated with a jungler.
Overall his abilities are pretty useful and once the teamfights break out you can poke champs until someone initiates (you shouldnt initiate) and your mass slows and ability to gimp their carry's damage output can be huge, coupled with the fact you can pass around 5 seconds of armor reduction so your carry can do their thing as well.
Your ult is a suppression which makes it a great tool for interupting other ults and keeping other champions from using their abilities appropriately (like Undying Rage) or running away.

lulz, undying range actually works during suppression, which was kinda annoying.
lw is okish on urgot imo. Not an item to rush for certain, but does well when you're trying to kill someone with a lot of armor. E + lw does quite a number on a champ's armor, but on the other hand, it doesnt really change his dmg to squishies, which is why i feel the buff doesnt help urgot THAT much.

For like the first 10 minutes he's awesome in a solo lane but then after that he's useless everywhere on the map.

Once I ended up mid 1v3 as Urgot (on a smurf here).
Had a triple kill in 5 minutes. 7 kills by 10 minutes. 39 by the end of the game.

junglers are the easiest way out of bad elo I think. 5-0 in my first 5 games of WW since I past level 5, lol. And my udyr stats are insane, but he doesn't carry as hard. Seriously, WW is busted . His damage scaling is so far from fair it's ridiculous. with just a bloodrazor and a little bit of back up and good decision making, he absolutely rapes everything.

I kinda agree with this. Playing a good jungle (read actually ganking) is a great way to make sure the enemy team stays on their toes, stays underleveled and doesnt cs. At the same time, it lets the asshole who last picked a carry get a solo lane. I find ww to be devastating at low elo cuz you simply hit six and go around getting free kills.

Agreed, I just go with WW nowadays when in doubt, works stupidly well in normal Q because the completely lack of jungle awareness there. While I like Udyr more rather, the ability for WW to carry midgame and randomly kill dragons is just too good for pub games in general without the coordination for good counter-jungle.

For junglers I actually really prefer Amumu over WW, but the grab at blue buff is always a hassle with good opponents.

They made a lot of minor changes to both jungle creeps and warwick (remove global AS buff) but the biggest one was the addition of suppression to his ult and the toggle on blood scent. People also realized that you just go bloodrazors -> tank and none of that 5 damage item and boots trade warwick for carry bs.

I never said "OMG RUSH LW ON URGOT AND WIN GAMEZ" but the fact that you can get one item to deal with people stacking armor is much better then having to get a billion forms of armor penetration which cuts into your ability to build survivability if he still wants to do damage which at least registers on your opponents health bar. Note: I'm not implying you should be carrying games with Urgot but he has an excellent laning phase and then transitions into a support / CC role during later stage teamfights. It's an interesting transition but I've found Manamune + LW + Tank/support items to work quite well (currently undefeated in solo q, though I'm not entirely sure what my unranked ELO is).
His damage to squishies is pretty good as is because if they arent stacking enough armor for LW to make a dent then your E plus any arpen runes you have should be putting you close to true damage against them and and CDR at all should let you shred through them.
