I'm not entirely sure what I should get for the reds. The tanks I mainly play are Malph and Morde (I use a different page for my Sion since he needs mp5 imo) and Garen will probably also be using this page.
Currently I'm at a complete loss for what to get for reds and am debating flat health or move speed quints.
Advice?
best generic reds are armor pen imo...
garen needs the armor pen, ... I think morde primarily works off of mpen though, and malphite if you jungle, armor pen is better, if not mpen is better.. I think

You can use flash media live encoder to output to a file. It compresses the video as you record, which means smaller filesize. Fraps does almost no compression. This saves the load on your CPU so your game will run smoother, but the filesizes are huge.

Game developer's choice online awards is obviously pretty corrupted. Take for example EVE online's nomination for good customer relationships, when a nomination for worst customer relationship wouldn't seem that out of place. Uh, Amumu's W isn't his only ability that does magic damage. All of his abilities do magic damage.

We're talking about damage on champions right? I should have said .2% (of their hp) which at 2000hp is 4 damage a second.
If someone has no magic resist items, amumu's passive will bring them negative and your mpen marks are wasted. If they have lots of magic resist, 10 mpen won't do anything. But you can do whatever you want.

M Pen can't go negative, and is applied after Resist Reduction, which can go negative. So to go negative you need like Amumu's passive + Abyssal Scepter or something.

MPen does not go negative, only MRReduc.

So, has anyone around figured out some solid builds with Swain? I've been enjoying RoA openings, but with my personal preferences I have the most stupid urges to get tank gear after that.
