Primordial's AP gain and mana return are no longer there. Essentially, all they did was change it so you get +5 AP whether you kill them using a regular attack, ignite, or the meteor. Which is fine and dandy but it's not a significant change. You still have to net the kill, not an assist. Maybe they nerfed the ult because they feel the meteor is strong enough, but then you have to consider that the counterbalance is that you need a strong Meteor. Again, that's fine and dandy but you also need a strong Baleful if you want AP returns from player kills, etc. etc. And of course, his passive no longer gives him a sick amount of AP, it gives you mana instead.
Maybe I'm understanding this wrong, but Volley and Frost Arrow used to have a bug where you could slow them with Frost Arrow, then further slow them with Volley - they counted as two different sources of slows. We'll see when the servers come back up, but I was under the impression that they simply fixed that.
Hawkshot "revealing Ashe via guestimation" is really not a big deal. If you see an arrow coming out of the blue do you gauge which direction the Arrow came from and figure out where Ashe is? Probably not - you figure she's in one direction, but you have no idea when she shot it and how much she's moved since then, etc.
And ECA got fixed, that's all.

Pretty sure the radius that's being increased is the splash damage radius of each individual cannonball, so it should actually hit more often.

Oh, if Volley still snares people and they just fixed double dipping on the snare, then it's not the game-changing nerf I thought it was. Yeah, you're probably right on this.

i'm at least 60% sure that they mean your arrows will not slow at all with Volley.

volley will still slow, it was a bug where you could stack the cold arrow slow. it would double with your regular attack and the volley.

if u hit volley then frost shot and had lizard buff with a frozen mallet they'd basically freeze. :D

oh i had thought they meant the slows from frost arrow didnt add additional slow to ppl you volleyed.
i mean if you think about it, you never had to have frost active in order to slow with volley. so slowing with volley was never about "stacking" frost's toggle to the volley, but more about an inherent slow on volley once you got frost
i really hope they didnt take the slows away from volley completely.
as for hawkshot, i think it depends on the range of hawkshot. clearly its not as good as a ward cause they will know you know where they are. and anything is better than bounty, especially because they still let you keep bounty. personally i like the idea.
all in all, it might be a nerf or a buff(more dmg with volley and hawk) to ashe. but i dont think it will change her effectiveness too much. certainly not make her "unplayable".

On an unrelated note- does anyone know whether Ezreal's Mystic Shot is still dealing more damage than it should, or was that fixed already somewhere along the way?

Its just a little blue bird that flies over to a targetted area and then pops.
Level 2 hawkshot can see from mid into enemy golem and lizard.

With level 1, you can keep an eye on your own lizard and golem, but not theirs unless you run into the river.
At level 5, you can see an entire half of the jungle, its kinda crazy

It applies the slow as before, but you don't get double slow from autoattacking and volley anymore.
