i get these spikes every 20 seconds where everything freezes and doesnt move and lasts for a entire 10 seconds. it would be completely unplayable except i can see their heroes move for some reason.
any know how to fix? started happening 2 days ago

I'm finding myself going Veigar a lot lately due to my solo Q teams always picking non-AP chars. I'm usually grabbing Catalyst+Boots on the first return and then Mejas+sorc boots on the 2nd and doing really well. That relatively early mejas seems to make a huge difference. Too much fun when you max it out. Combine it with golem buff, frozen heart, and some cooldown runes and you can ult every 50s or so. Plus meteor with 500+ AP is a riot, can just about always land it unless they have merc treads or can blink through the stun.

Zilean is filthy now - that (much needed) Time Bomb range buff makes him insane. The problem with him before was that his range sucked, so you couldn't really harass without being hit back, but I think now he outranges pretty much everything (I think his auto-attack is also higher range than everyone except Trist), and with his speed buff that makes him dominating in the laning phase >_<

I really wanna give him a go again. He's been steadily improved the past few patches and I enjoyed him in the past. I had to lane with him as Veigar and that was really rough (except his buy choices were a bit poor so by mid game I was alright).

Just hit level 12 and I seem to be running into many many level 30 premades. What's with this matchmaking system (or just bad luck maybe)? I just can't beat these guys with random people, no runes, not maxed masteries, etc. Suggestions?

So far... no. I don't think we've ever had more than 3 people on at once. Hopefully, though, people will start getting on. I recommend "Join on Start" - in case you've never played around with the chat rooms before, it's under the gear thingy in the top right corner of the chat.

I've been using Taric since he was one of the weekly champions this week and I must say he's pretty good. However, I think he hits a huge drop-off after awhile and is really only good at initiating with his stun.

For that reason I've picked up Dr. Mundo who is just a fun as hell champion to run around with and wreck havoc. I haven't quite decided what spells to use, but right now I'm using Ghost + Teleport. Mundo's ultimate with Ghost let's Mundo run away from deadly situations so fast, I love it

Taric is all about pushing with shatter and radiance, his stun is mostly just icing on the cake. Mundo is cool, but suffers a LOT of you play against anyone smart enough to pick up executioner's calling, which is kind of a sad story.

If the server says busy, press up down left right up up down down you can get on but there's really no point since some functions are down for maintenance and you probably shouldn't be on in the first place.

Ghost/Cleanse unless you're jungling with Mundo every time

The dev's put it in there to bypass some problem, but I wouldn't do it when the servers are actually down. Your account could get corrupted. Best just to wait.

Has anyone running pre-mades had success with double-stacking AoE buffs? For AoE buff items like Aegis of the Legion and Stark's Fervor, if 2 characters carry them, each of the 2 characters will receive double buffs, but the rest of their teammates will remain with only 1.

Basically, when playing Sivir and getting Stark's, I'm considering asking my ranged DPS like Twitch or Tristana to also carry Stark's so both of us get 40% lifesteal, 70% attack speed, and 60 hp per 5 sec. The lifesteal at least is rather high for the cost.
