Archangel's and Tear: Completely do not stack. Sheen, Triforce, Lichbane: Whichever you first purchased is the only one that will activate. (cast attack cast before 3sec CD still won't trigger either of the others) Mana Manipulator, Soul Shroud, Innervating Locket: Stack completely. | ||

Edit: Just tried it and I could only get Lichbane to proc (I bought it second). | ||

Thouse are the changes people first discovered on the US Test server and wrote down before the "official" (they are preliminary, expect changes) Notes came up. Someone simply forgot to include the Eve changes which are on the PTR. | ||

Yes, her Q, W, and R are getting minor nerfs (or "fixes"), but it says her current E stays and gets an active, not is replaced by one. The range is likely to be longer than sight range (which is about 1000, I believe), so that it's useful in open areas. If so, it's going to be great in jungle, especially if it can see in brush. The real test will be whether you can check gol/liz from mid without leaving your lane on SR -- you'll certainly be able to check liz from TT's bottom lane and dragon from its top lane. Throw in the new item and how it affects Jax and this seems like a patch whose effects will take a while to play out. | ||
