Gragas is basically Alistar for TT. You have much more mobility, so much more escaping potential, and instead of 75% damage reduced for 6 seconds, 25% reduced all the time. Not as good in teamfights and no AoE stun... but much better harassing, chasing, and such.
Gragas builds, anyone? I like getting Innervating Locket on him but I've only played a few games so I completely don't know what I'm doing. I like Locket because all your abilities are spammable and one of them already restores mana. Then I get Leviathan if our team's doing well. After that, occasionally a Mejai's (since I almost never die), some CDR (usually frozen heart), and I've considered Lichbane for the spam-synergy but I think I need more AP to make it effective.

Incidentally I started getting Youmu's Ghostblade on Taric. If he ain't gonna heal people anymore, might as well put his Shatter and Radiance to good use!

i dun care wut ur taric does so long as he heals and boosts damage to go along with ez + ww speed buffs.

Yeah I just played a game with GB and SV, it was pretty funny. Fucker's hard to kill, now he can output damage, too!

last hit better than them-> better items (jax vs jax)
go ganking if ur mid, better than them ( annie vs annie mid)
have better lane match ups (called for a switch when we saw them)
wards at dragon etc

Don't be silly with your little ideas about what would be good. AP rammus? use another hero. With caster heavy you want Aegis into MR, HP5 and some extra health Veil is of course a must, but if they're all casters, you're going to be very farmed up very quickly because rammus demolishes them in lane with a decent partner with early taunts. So throwing in a thornmail (pre patch) or a randuins omen now will come in very handy when pushing towers. Casters can't do much against a rammus that has stacked MR and HP5, but anything will own AP rammus.

Im opening up mana saphire with 2 hp pots -> catalyst -> boots1 -> banshee's -> levi -> aegis then im improvising
