The last time i checked, you came second place in your first IEM to Morrow's 5-rax reaper, then it was Guangzhou where you took first place! I know you won't disappoint this time round.

Does anyone know why IdrA's account name is "Cale" on the Korean ladder?? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cale If I was forced to guess I would say he named it after "Cale Tucker, the main protagonist in the movie Titan A.E."... But does anyone actually know why he chose that name???

"European tournaments really need to learn how to treat players from ipl mlg and nasl" "charging ppv in order to provide players with hotel rooms with showers AND toilets? Worth it imo" Hope this doesn't affect the quality of the games.

Where is this place a 3rd world country? you shouldnt forget that the CEBIT where IEM is at is, i think, the biggest electronic convention in europe and hannover is not a very big city so hotels are rare and fucking expensive plus they have to find a hotel which has 24 free rooms for all the players + casters and crew and shit, thats not very easy so you cant expect that the players have a suite for themselves. iem just cant afford this, not even if it would be a ppv event

Obviously IEM doesn't get to decide where CEBIT is. This is what HuK had to say about this: well i think its up to the player to decide whether they want to go or not, but at the same time it should be made clear the conditions prior to going; not going then feeling very uncomfortable with the conditions and not having any real out for the situation. personally i wouldnt go and deal with those types of conditions I guess that seems fair enough.

1. If you tell someone in the fighting game community you've booked a hotel room for them and they'll get ~600 (was it?) just for showing up, the hotel could be a cardboard box and they'd shake your hand and thank you. 2. Cebit is massive and eSports simply isn't the main stage there. 3. Implying that it's the fans that should be paying for player accommodation and not the sponsors is just very poorly put. There is so many things he could have said that a community would have related to. “You all paying money so I can get my own toilet” surely wasn't the right message. Like I said on twitter, cut first place prize by ~750 (random amount grabbed out of nowhere) and everyone can get a slightly better room if that's even possible with cebit in town. All this really makes me wonder why people are letting $$ signs replace passion. It certainly makes eSports look bad and explains where the whole “eSports vs FGC” debate keeps getting fuel from. Of course, then I realized this was all just about some tweet Greg probably typed out whimsically while picking his nose or whatever you're supposed to do in a hotel room like that. zzzzz Rock some worlds this week man!
