No info about SAO season 2, very unlikely. You could read the light novels. Check out Accel World and Log Horizon (only 1 episode so far) if you are into anime about mmorpgs

Promising animes: Kyousougiga, Gingitsune, Samurai Flamenco, GITS: Arise 2 (mini-movie), Sakasama no Patema (movie), Kaguya-hime no Monogatari (movie), MAYBE Arpeggio of Blue Steel, MAYBE BlazBlue, TOTALLY UNLIKELY Galilei Donna. -Kyousougiga could be pretty good. The original OVAs were very FLCL-esque, but had more flair! -Gingitsune looks to be pretty similar to Natsume Yuujinchou, which is a plus! -Samurai Flamenco... Looks bad! BUT, it is by the Baccano! / Durarara!! / Natsume director, which makes it infinitely more promising -GITS:Arise2, hopefully will give the mini-movie series more substance. -Sakasama no Patema will likely be the best thing (it's a movie) this season. Time of Eve/Pale Cocoon director! Hype. -Kaguya-hime, it's a Ghibli / Takahata movie, which means it cannot be bad, but might not be great. -Arpeggio is a sci-fi seinen anime by Seiji (directed Jinrui wa Suitai and Seto no Hanayome, but he's done shit too so...) -BlazBlue, the fighting game is good! So maybe the anime is too? Ehh... -Galilei Donna probably will blow something awful. But, it has some relevance to Galileo, so that's a plus right? The rest of the anime will be generic poo which, at most, might provide some meaningless entertainment.

Silver Spoon, Uchouten Kazoku, SxS, Monogatari, Gatchaman That's good enough imo. And I can't believe you just left out Ippo and Ace when you're trying to list the good anime of this season.

Announcer/commentator could be a bit better, still T.T

Judging from ep 0, it won't disappoint (or at least, I hope so). I'm not terribly excited for Arise anymore, but it should still be an ok watch. Arpeggio is going to be completely CG, which immediately sets off alarms. It's supposed to resemble traditional animation, but I'm not totally convinced, having watched the PVs. There's still hope though, if they can get the fights and characters done right. Blazblue needs to be so cheesy that it becomes hilarious. Otherwise, it's probably gonna suck.

It is awkward in the sense that we either will get just GGO/shit + generic shit or get a rushed and butchered Alicization. It is already like Bleach as it is, I am not sure we want to see it even more butchered. On October 06 2013 06:05 Emnjay808 wrote: Log Horizon is something you should definitely enjoy. Not really.
