anyways i love these scifi scenarios, and how "human" humans still are, or nonhumans get, depending on modification, be it robots, cyberpunk, animals, wtfcreatures (the mouse from mardock scramble anyone?) or the borg from star trek to name only a few...
totally unrelated, yahari SNAFU is shaping up nicely, good teenage romance drama, i like the characters^.<
it's been nice for every episode, ever since that "I'm a bear" sequence I've been loving it. it provides a nice twist of reality but I have to say I like it more than shows like sakurasou, 8man is good and believable protag, all characters are
TL has an Anime Discussion Thread? I'm ok with this. Summer is gonna be decent, but depending on the new shows it could be one of the better seasons the last few years. Genshiken 2 is a sure success, so is monogatari 2 and the Swimming anime and the 5 loli shows should satisfy everyone. + Show Spoiler +
Also, "It's not my fault I'm not popular" will be a sleeper hit, calling it right now
However, I'm not here to give you my opinion but to spread the word about the best Cafe there is.
The Time of Eve Cafe Studio Rikka recently started a Kickstarter for Translated EU/UK/US BD releases and they need our support.

Yeah well im on a Mecha spree right now. Only 3 animes im watching so far. Suisei no Gargantia, MJP & Valverave.
Valverave is one that I dont know what to think about it. Vampires, body switchers, immortality & a school designed to churn out pilots for the hidden mecha? What else do you want to fit in there man

Valvrave time is the best time of the week.
MJP is shaping up to be the by far most solid mecha show this season though. It had a slow start but it's good.

Well, more shit was done than I expected. I guess he did have some balls to not just go into full troll mode, which was more alone the lines of what I was expecting. That said the vague ending was still pussy as hell, better to not do anything in that epilogue/
I'm hoping for anime original ending, or at least an extra ending in BDs. The way it's left unclear whether or not they are fucking (I could have used dating here but I feel like this is the core of the problem) leaves kinda a bad taste in my mouth. I would have preferred him to go full YnS than this..

mfw when 8man, it took me a while to figure out what that was. And Sakurasou was based purely on adding voice to autismoe, not hard to outdo.

If you don't like it, drop it. As Sent said it's silly as fuck, personally I'm loving it for just that (why complain about being entertained?).
I don't mind when I watch it, but it isn't that great. So, I'm just wondering if it's getting any better or what. In my opinion it's worse then GC and I put them in the same tier.

GC was so awful I couldn't even give it the three episode rule, but I'm absolutely loving Valvrave the same way I loved Geass.
I don't exaggerate when I say it's anime of the season for me but it's certainly not for everyone. L-Elf is best girl.
The plot is ridicilous but the mechas are really cool, Valvrave III was pretty sick, also Saki is best girl(but L-ELF is best bro). I don't watch it for plot or anything. As for Ayase shes just a bit insane which is always fun to see in anime.

I thought GC was significantly better at this point and it wasn't even good, but like you said to each their own.
