Im only watching it for the OP.

Finally finished the chest, and the arm frames: + Show Spoiler +
It actually was kinda a bitch to get the chest on there right. So many small moving parts, lol. Was a challenge, to say the least.

Hey, Sentenal, when you're putting those things together what do you actually do? Is it mostly just cutting off mold lines and then trying to fit the pieces together?

You have a bunch of different "trees" with parts on them, you cut them off, shave off any nubs, optionally panel line, and then piece them together according to the manual. Mini-picture walkthrough: Here are your "trees". The number of them depends on the kit. RG Zeta has 13 different trees, some large, some small with only a handful of parts: + Show Spoiler +
Instructions call for attaching some parts on A44. Find A44, cut it out with something able to cut plastic, like in the following picture. But if you notice, the cut out piece has nubs on it from where I cut it out from. I must DESTROY THOSE NUBS. + Show Spoiler +
Okay, with a hobbit knife, I cut those nubs off. So now its nice and smooth and straight. No nubs! The piece is ready for things to get attached to it. + Show Spoiler +
Find F13, cut it out, shave off the nubs, attach it as instructed. + Show Spoiler +
Now we have H4, with is a white external piece. These often can be panel lined. You can see the little indention on the part. Cut it out like normally... + Show Spoiler +
Shave off the nubs, and then with a fine-tip black gundam paint marker, just fill in the indentions, and wipe off the excess, like so: + Show Spoiler +
Then you just move along, attaching pieces as instructed, etc etc + Show Spoiler +
Now the component is done, and can be attached to the rest of the model. The instructs show where and how to connect them. + Show Spoiler +
Piece connected, time to move on to the next step! + Show Spoiler +

Whoah I wasn't expecting something that detailed lol, but thanks a lot. And the pieces just "click" together right?
|
Yeah, snap together. Some older kids have screws and stuff for them, but they are real old and anything made in the past decade or so isn't like that.

Especially that last part when Chamber just popped that last young one, and think back about how Chamber was walking through the embryos and was destroying them.
What happened was really shocking to me. I felt it was pretty expected but still an awesome anime
the 2 only animes I'm eagerly following at the moment are Shingeki No Kyojin and Suisei No Garantia

When is Watamote anime coming out?
Might be first anime I watch. lol
EDIT: Obviously disregard SnK. That's a given.

Lol it's my first time at the anime discussion thread and L-Elf best girl? Don't get the hidden joke :x
MJP seems to be having a solid plot, while valvrave is just pure entertainment IMO.

It is completely 100% accurate about everything about building Gunpla, in addition its also a great anime. Also pretty short.
Anyway, getting pretty close to done ony my RG Zeta. The main body at least is finished. I just need to build the Waverider, the shield, and its weapons, now. + Show Spoiler +![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/kzm526q.jpg) ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/sxQvzC4.jpg) Dem finger, knee, and elbow articulation...........

I don't watch it for plot or anything. As for Ayase shes just a bit insane which is always fun to see in anime. kipsate confirmed good taste, damn

So, Muv-Luv fans. Currently there is a translation project for Muv-Luv Alternative: Chronicles 01 underway, and they recently released their first partial patch, which you can get here.
Chronicles 01 has 3 different stories in it. There is 'MLU: The Day After 00', 'MLA: Chicken Divers', and 'MLA: Rain Dancers'. Right now, 'Chicken Divers' was re-translated for this patch. So that is the only content of the first partial patch. Apparently Rain Dancers will be next to be completed (sometime). The main meat of Chronicles 01 is TDA00, which unfortunately isn't finished yet. Hopefully they will continue with TDA01 and TDA02 later, after they finish all of TDA00.
Seems like the trick right now is finding an actual torrent for Chronicles01 lol

The partial patch seems to include the game (torrent is 3.61gb, I don't think all of that is the translation patch ).
Anyway, thanks a lot for bringing attention to it, time for some orbital diving.
edit: Welp, that was short. What a tease for the rest...

Wow, Sunrise has to compensate some what 160milion yen for plot leak of Valverave? That's some expensive spoilers.

The thread on /m/ just had that link, plus a direct link to the patch. Well, I guess that solves the problem of having to search for the game!
Really looking forward to getting TDA translated, though. Spoilers I've seen of it are really cool. Has the BETA fights you would expect out of MLA, plus even has a rematch between Walken and Sagiri. Also Lilia (the MC of TDA00 and minor character in the rest) is really, really hot.
