I dunno how much it has changed since my anime/manga hiatus but twgok got stale pretty quickly just imo
Off the top of my head, Haqua (twgok), Hinagiku (hayate) were examples of really good tsunderes. Bad ones, anything voiced by Kugimiya Rie, and Kirino (oreimo).
The first ending I found good, Fuminori gets his normal vision back but him and saya part ways, it was for the better. I felt satisfied with this end.
The second ending was pretty fucked up. Mass killing people and then mutating the world into madness. I couldn't accept this ending as a "good" end it was just too crazy for me to swallow.
The third ending was the best imo. Kouji going total man-mode and saving the world. Now he just keeps his madness to himself, kind of sad. He's gone through alot what a hero. Too bad Ryouko had to die, no Micro!
How much did you like Fuminori x Saya? This plays a huge part in your reaction to the endings. I thought your 2nd end was the best. The way the professor describes Saya as becoming "human" in emotions and requiring her to fall in love in order to "reproduce" was really romantic in an incredibly twisted way. The quick ending was satisfactory imo although a bit sad. The one where they die is just too sad. Saya spending her last strength to caress Fuminori was heartbreaking even if she is a flesh monster. Kouji a hero? No way, he was so cruel to her, although his ending was pretty interesting. In the end, I liked all the endings but they're all sad Saya is simply the cutest flesh monster in the world.
@spazer: I give up. TWGOK has lost all its appeal. I don't even get Haqua tsundere anymore. The plot moves nowhere and every time something epic could be done, it gets thrown away and ignored. Sadly, I will still read it but I no longer expect anything from it. This arc ending was beyond pathetic.
I really liked Fuminori x Saya, I thought it was really cute and pure. Until of course they started eating people @_@. and then there is of course the blatant murdering and enslaving. I guess the reason why I liked the Kouji end was because I was rooting for humanity to survive

Really?! I guess it's just me then, because I thought Haqua was a stupid character (because I watch intellectually loljk). Kugimiya Rie is awesome though ye :>
holy fuck thats the most badass ability ever created holy crap. i think alot of peopl still wont get how it works because it is kinda confusing but because im chinese i can full appreciate how fucking awesome it is
Ayumu is moving in? How the hell is she gonna pay for the room? I love how there's just enough rooms for Hayate's harem. Living with Hayate should have led to more things between him and Hinagiku. LOL @ Isumi thinking the iPhone is broken.

hamster works part time at that cafe with hayate/nagi, think that's how she'll have the money. That or her parents.. Or, next week's chapter will be about how she gets the money. Meido chiharu was nice. And Hina!! Lol hamster doesnt think Hina will do anything with Hayate.

Yeah I had a laugh then went to dig for raw even when I read medaka in English out of laziness.

I am almost inclined to not care because he invoked Ayase.

Has Sakuya, Eca rejoicing. Also the amazing trust in Hina and a few Meido shots. I do like how we get out of a Ruka story into a hamster story, what's with the non-ending stream of useless.

Haqua is a cute character but the tsundere portion is pretty much completely unnecessary, probably just an easy stereotype to do for a character in that position though. Viva lack of effort.

Hamster is a complete idiot. She does work at the cafe with Nagi/Hina, although I'm not sure that pays enough for rent since it's only part time and the cafe doesn't get much business.
Sakuya and Haruharu always five steps ahead. :3 I wonder what Chiahru was talking about "but also that apartment is..." although maybe I'm reading too much into it.

That cafe gets insane business when Hayate's there, but needs to be somewhere else :D. I don't see how Isumi will provide security though. I don't see anything supernatural coming to harm them.
Also, your opinion? [03:25] <emnjay> i hate oujos [03:25] <emnjay> except Morishima, though i dont think she counts as one [03:26] <KazeHydra> tell that to moonbear
This episode. Wow. An epic race (who doesn't love suit saber on a metal horse?), and then an incredible move by Kotomine Kirei, that was so cruel... and absolutely amazing. Also, Matou Zouken, what an unpleasant character

Her speech pattern can fall under it, just not the tsundere ojou stereotype like Sawachika from School Rumble.

45k yen isn't too horrid, some 560 bucks or so, should be doable for a student if that includes meals.

WOW. SO BM. WHAT DID I EVER DO TO YOU HUH?
Emnjay: 1v1 solomid, any champion, doesn't matter that I'm not even lvl 30 yet and have no runes or masteries on NA yet. Or if you don't play League of Legends, then BoX in Brood War. I don't care either way. (I don't own SCII so can't do that.)

A good tsundere differs from a bad one in that they are not explicitly confined to their archetype. Obviously, they still have moments which conform to expectations (otherwise they wouldn't be considered tsundere), but at the end of the day, they can hold their own in terms of character. Take someone like Misaka or Kurisu, for instance. They're both undeniably tsundere, but are capable of pulling out copious amounts of awesome at will, hence why they are likeable.
In short, a good character is a good character regardless of archetype.

Right, I agree completely. I just think Haqua is not a good character.
Is anyone enjoying Eureka AO? I watch it out of loyalty to the original but so far its hardly living up to it. Even the mecha fight aren't as good despite the decade of animation progress but that might them trying to rip off evangelion angels.

I squeezed in the 50 original eps after watching 4 eps of AO, and so far the original is so far superior to AO =(
This season, I really enjoy Sakamichi no Apollon the most, a wonderful Slice of Life anime (it reminds me of Natsume somehow, you get some kind of nice warm feeling watchin it). But Jormungand, Uchuu Kyoudai, Kuroko no Basuke and Haiyoru! Nyaruko-san (due to hilariousness^^) are more than watchable also
not exactly sure what I did that was bm though lol.
This not give it away ?

Kinda want summer to start already, getting in a rut hoping MuvLuv fixes that.
