No, yosuga no sora is clearly the way to go.
His life will be better for it. lol. In more ways than one :D.

well if she watches shippuden I'd say maybe show her a bit of K-ON or Ika Musume to get her away from those shonin anime.
After that you can slowly start to get her used to more special stuff and then start with Yosuga no Sora 
All in all I'd say you should take around 3-6 months before you can show her yosuga

Would FMA be out of the question? I feel like when I was starting to watch anime, I just watched whatever was on at midnight on Cartoon Network, which was like Zoids, Gundam, FMA, Bleach, Naruto, Ghost in the Shell.
My sister actually watched with me frequently enough, and she liked all of the above.

I think FMA is a great series for "beginners" because it's a good all-round series. It has action, a dash of humour and some good drama and depth as well. There are a lot of reasons to like FMA and it doesn't fail at any of them. I do think it's very shounen, but if she likes Naruto that won't be too much of a problem I suppose.

I went with Fairy Tail, Im afraid her interests for anime may derail if i try to go with something like Ika Musume or Working.
Converting all vids atm right now, eta for each vid: 33min. And I have Fairty Tail up to ep 50...

What genres does she like regularly in some other shows that she watches? That's probably a good reference for what to let her watch.
If she's enjoying Naruto, then have her watching better shows that are kind of like Naruto (FMA:B is good for this).
Also, there is no girl that I know of that has disliked Ouran High School Host Club.. That's always a good place to start too.

My sister doesn't really watch anime, but she reads a shitload of manga (more than I do.) She already read all of One Piece without my knowledge, so I'm just leaving her to her own devices.

Since Ika Musume won the poll Ill convert those series next. First Ill see how she likes Fairy Tail, since the series stretches out to 100 eps atm, Ill only do up to ep 25ish. I only saw up to ep 30ish, and I gotta say: it was around ep 25 when I started to realize that Fairy Tail was more than just a "decent shounen". But Ill wait for her judgment and if she asks for more anime, Ill see if Ika Musume can come to the homeplate.
Also, idk what FMA is, is that like really really good? Ill bookmark that for her later.
@ZNF: She watches Disney Channel stuff, you know sitcom ones. Oh ya, she also watched Avatar. That was like the only show me and her watched together when we were younger. But imo that doenst count as a anime, I think?

If she watches Disney stuff, then I would assume a good amount of slice of life shows/romcoms might appeal to her.
I back FMA:B. It was good. Definitely better than showing Fairy Tail imo.

I started xxxHolic which I'm LONG overdue for. Probably had it on the back of my mind to watch for about 4 years lol. So far enjoying the different spirits and stuff and Yuuko is actually far more entertaining than I expected from seeing her in Tsubasa Chronicles. Hmm, I wonder what price it would cost me to have that door from Hayate in my room.

Yeah I always copy the green haired girl and use the MC as a second raid healer, I thought he got the shield from the healing not the copying itself
But I can't stop the game from crashing when I try to fight the set of mobs at the barrier in the Dragon Dude that wants harem end level

He copies the shield at a lower durability, all weaknesses/strengths against other colors and the first field skill. As for the bug it says that there is a possibility that the data is corrupted, please reinstall. I'll check holyseal or eternal later to see if some patch got released already.
You not using the extra characters patch?
