The badass level of characters kept increasing rapidly in a few chapters but I do not find it awkward or weird at all because it's quite consistent with what the author has told us all along. The characters just haven't had the chance to show it, until now. Also I love Toriko style of face drawing. From Zebra, to Ichiryuu, to Setsuno, and now Jirou. They are all so fuckin epic. One more thing + Show Spoiler + Immediately upon seeing page 18, I was thinking "Jirou has arrived" in the sc carrier voice. So good | ||
