However, I'm sure that people in this series have been cut by Zombies and they turn. Couldn't it happen in those Zombie pits event though their teeth have been pulled out? I could be wrong, but I swear people have been cut by Zombies.
So you'd rather people see a wild walker and try and fuck w/ it instead of running the fuck the other way or killing it?
People aren't dumb, they obviously don't take walkers lightly. However, not being afraid of them might give them the confidence to actually fight a Zombie rather than cower up and die.

Anyway I don't think Carol is dead, she probably escaped but is in another part of the prison trapped or something. I'm assuming that's who's on the phone that Rick answered. They also should have showed some remains of Lori. Kind of dumb imo.

If you thought that was bad, you should read the comics.

 Did you say remains?

Not as messy as I think it should be. I think there were more pieces of flesh scattered around the room.

They said that the zombie dragged her body around the corner before finishing her on Talking Dead, which makes NO sense. I guess that's TWD for you.

I'm puzzled that they dug graves for Carol and Lori with no bodies to bury. Did someone else besides T-dog die that I'm forgetting?
Loved how Daryl continues to be a total boss in every way. Baby's hungry? Don poncho, get formula. Non-zombie possum in the closet? Dinner. Baby can't feed self? Feed baby.

I was totally with Rick last episode when he lost it and rolled on the ground. Fantastic scene. Going on a suicidal zombie rampage and losing it on Glenn is starting to get into cheesy territory though. + Show Spoiler +
I agree it is likely a stand-in for Tyrese's zombie massacre.

+ Show Spoiler [the phone] +
I agree that introducing the phone thing at this point seems less interesting than it was in the comics. But Rick secretly losing it when he's surrounded by people (as opposed to just Carl) could be interesting too. When was the last time he talked on the phone in the comics btw? It's been quite a long time by now, I believe. I remember reading in one of the letters sections Kirkman saying he wasn't done with the "Rick's losing it" thread.
Andrea continues to annoy, which is frustrating since she's my favorite character from the comics. I'm also disappointed that the reveal of Penny happened in such a nonchalant way. Keeping your zombie daughter locked up and talking to her like she's still alive seems worthy of a creepy end-of-episode reveal like they did with the heads.

I'm glad that Michonne left Woodbury finally. Watching her stalk around town doing her Ice Cube impression was getting old. I expect the Governor will send someone after her. Maybe she finds the prison and leads her tail to Rick's group.

I dunno. Just thinking out loud is all. Also have never read the comics.
That zombie was pigging out on Lori's dead body. Rick, angry, just took his rage out on it. Not because he hated Lori, but rather because he was more angry at having lost her.
Actually, what I got from that scene is that he was angry at the baby for taking his wife away from him.

Well maybe Rick should learn to pull out faster when in the middle of a Zombie Apocalypse.

Actually yeah, isn't that how Dale died? The walker he had was being held from him at the neck, but the walker ended up just ripping open his chest with his bare hands.... cmon, no teeth != not dangerous.

Given some things apparently said on "The Talking Dead", the things they're hinting will be said on the phone call can't even happen.

Seriously I couldn't agree more. I'm opening every spoiler trying to find out who's on the phone and not a single person explained it at all and was just giddy with excitement.

If I remember correctly Rick talks to a lady on the phone who is apparently with a bigger group. After a while of talking, Rick asks for the womens name and he finds out it's Lori. Obviously it isn't Lori though, it's just Rick going crazy. Rick basically just uses it as a tool to cope with the guilt he has for Lori's death, and the phone comes up a few times within the comic book series.
It develops slightly different in the Comic book though, since Rick doesn't start hearing calls until a while after Lori died.

Shit. Just imagine the picture! Hundreds of zombies in huge facilities creating the energy. Humans are getting more and more unstable so they use the technology the governors computerguy created and put them into huge glasstanks to avoid damage and death - hence no more infections or zombies. If they die they get killed before they turn by acid. The humans - now save and able to survive are angry. This is not what they considered life. They want to be able to do whatever they want but the governor is not willing to let this new paradise he created to go in vain. So he improves the system used to keep the dead zombie heads alive and create with the simple neuropower zombie brains still have a supercomputer. The basement of the facility is full of dead zombie heads all connected. Now he is creating a system which speaks to the living brains by communicating with the neurocortex directly. People get connected through the system as well, living in a world before the zombieapocolypse. The matrix is born. Now the only problem is, that it needs humans in order to put new humans in the glass tanks and keep the system safe and working. So he uses zombies, creating iron armors so they are not able to bite or harm anyone - not able to even touch a human anymore. To keep it safe they are called machines. Now we all now in the matrix we talked about the fight machines vs. humans. This was actually the zombieapocolypse and the underground facility in season 1? The first steps of building a safe heaven for humans. Just a prototype. The real facility lies at another place. Called: Zion.
The only place where the real humans still survived and try to kill the zombies called machines and try to rescue the humans trapped into the matrix.

so all you really need to do battle with zombies is a good set of full plate armor and some disciplined warriors by your side with shields backed by some bowman or gunmen. In this case shells would be harder to come by than old school making arrows would be more resourceful. If you broke into enough sporting goods stores you should never run out.
Actually you would prob just need a really good set of chainmail or Samauri armor.
