Navi from the beginning when Artstyle came back was developing a style based on early rotations and now it has come to a point where instead of Artstyle doing it on Chen everyone was doing it this game. Fnatic was aware and tried to compete but they were usually a step behind and got punished for it.

That basically sums up all of the team fights that occured after the laning stage. Both teams knew what the other was doing and had the right idea but Navi were in better positions or Fnatic was sluggish enough to fail (like when they had the brilliant idea of Mid One and Ohaiyo contesting Rosh in waves but after Mid One confirmed he couldn't grab the Rosh kill Ohaiyo was ready to Chrono just when they grabbed aegis and that allowed them to punish him when he tried to avoid wasting his Chrono.

It just so happens SK happens to be one of the better heroes for achieving that against most of usual carries.
