Archon wouldn't push highground with a rapier Dusa with aegis against a no bb darkseer. How are they going to be better off now?

I think the win condition for both teams at this point is:
1- killing the enemy's cores without losing your own
2- forcing buybacks on all those cores (easy as walking down a lane towards enemy base then leaving)
3- killing those cores again w/ buyback down
The problem is that condition 1 requires no trades in core deaths, which is so fucking unlikely at 111 minutes. If either team has cores w/o buyback, they'll avoid engaging in fights.
With both teams having the same strategy, shit gets weird

The win condition is usual creeps becoming stronger over time, so Radiant loses in next 2000 minutes.

Yes but if Archon isn't willing to try and fight in the conditions I mentioned, what are the conditions they are waiting for?
