Nah, I don't think it's a good idea to kick Black. But I do think the key problems of VG lies in its inflexible drafts and its player instabilities (namely Black, Super and Iceiceice).
VG would be a Chinese dream team (without poaching NB players) if it was Sylar instead of Black and Ferrari instead of Super. Too bad that won't happen.

That's asking a bit too much . It's like asking team secret to have a better offlane than fly.
and also different teams are different teams. The greatest teams in dota is not about having an all-star lineup but rather in having a great team synergy and mind behind it.

Only on Death Prophet and maybe Razor, imo. Ferrari plays a much better Ember and infinitely better Invoker/Brew/Puck.
