Prolly a bit controversial, but I don't see Fnatic w/ Era disbanding. I mean, they are the most stable 5-man squad in Dota2, and they must have had some though times internally even before EraGate happened

That was incredibly boring. All of the teams with fun play styles were out sadly. Valve lets pros forfeit matches after fifteen minutes even when the fans have put millions into this to watch but we're not allowed a forfeit option in pubs. They gave up so quickly we all have to wait half a day for it to be time to see gamers awkwardly dance to a live performance of Sandstorm by Darude.

I dont think you can argue that Newbee didnt deserve the win. I'm just very disappointed about VG. Im a big fan of rOtk but they had 1 strat for the finals, and Newbee countered that perfectly.
its like MLG when Naniwa lost to Leenock in straight roach rushes to counter Naniwa Forge-expand opening.
Besides the finals i think TI4 was pretty good tho. I was very disappointing that Alliance went out that early, but after that i enjoyed a lot of the games.
Both VG and Newbee hadto make some epic runs to get to finals which you have to admire.

yeah, if one doesnt like allin strats he's bitching/whining/crying. God forbid one might actually watch e-sports to see entertainign games, rather than very efficient and boring ways to win.
I quit watching football a couple of years ago for the same reason, teams were "amazing" at playing bunker football and winning Champion's League with it. Good for them, but im not interested in that kind of play. Nor this for the matter.
Dota is still good though, only VG plays this shit style, it's a shame they got 1.5 mil, but what u re gonna do.

I think Alliance are pretty much guaranteed to reshuffle, if I remember correctly some of their players already have personal stuff going on, was it Akke with his own company? Still, I'm pretty sure they are incredibly drained mentally from this even if their individual and collective skills are up there.

Alliance said they didn't work as hard.
It's not out of the realm of possibility for them to go slump quite hard.
Especially since this is 5x that years first place.
