These claims that AL had it are so exaggerated =/ They had a really nice lead, that's it.
I would just give up defending EG at this point. The vast majority of people think EG are in the wrong and there is probably no point in convincing them otherwise. I wonder if there is any possibility of EG dropping their current line up from this, mainly from people writing to sponsors

Maelk was talking to his internet provider, but there is no hard evidence what started the issues.
People are spouting DDoS server problems etc when we really don't know.

Remake should not be made. EG's offensive trilane got raped with kill on Gyro and PL getting kills, cause it was very weak. Now, with remake they switch that trilane to safe lane with freefarm Gyro and Tide pulling, Sylla mid and Bat jungle - win all lanes gg wp. Would be too unfair for aL to fully remake.

There is no way to evidently confirm a ddos attack unless you paid good money to actually trace it while doing a ddos is nothing quite difficult nowadays.
It was simply a server issue as obvious as it can get but someone from EG called 'ddos' shortly after the dc which stirred up the shit.

What really gets me is that it was EG who got screwed over by this in their game against Mith.Trust. EG were insanely ahead, then the game had remade and EG lost. After that they were saying that if Mith got any dignity, they would've forfeited and other shit like this. Now, we get this crap out of them, it's pathetic.
