Most of the heroes he's good at don't seem to be good at all meanwhile Liquid just gets run down by any decent Pos 4 with a Clockwerk. Nah, this game is on the whole team. Felt like that series against IG at TI7. Just totally uninspired and passive play. Even the laning phase was strange this game. Why would they put Brood in that terrible match-up and stick with it? They just didn't even attempt to put pressure anywhere this game. But it's better to have these games now where it doesn't matter rather than during the LAN.

You can't make a conclusions on them. I mean c'mon the ward that got GH gripped on the high ground and pretty much wiped them, didn't get dewarded until it expired. You deward that even in pubs, they didn't play serious for sure. Also they need that, so people can think they are beatable. And lower their guard. Also you can't win them all. VP are almost as good as us, so even small misplay will lead to this. The draft was really experimental and way too slow for VP's plan. Medusa last pick made it even slower... They needed one teamfight, but just didn;t get it. As simple as that. Now that VP are through too, i expect a clowny game from both teams just to have some fun.

I still am noticing a pattern of seeing GH struggle to be anywhere as impactful as other Pos 4 players. I feel like most Pos 4 players are the jack of all trades, but GH is a master of a few heroes and that can be beneficial or a detriment at times.

Wouldn't they have to go into a tie breaker with VP in that case? I don't think VP is through 100% quite yet, after losing to Navi.

But I have to copy-paste my comment from the Midas Mode thread here: Kuro - god... Drafted random 4 cores. Took him almost all the reserve time and came up with the solution. "We'll lose the lanes badly, but since we have 4 cores, we'll come back with the track gold"! And picks up Bounty Hunter. And puts Miracle on the BH, to make sure the tracks will be on point. And it works... That's way different level. I have no words.

It's actually a very famous strategy, running 4 cores + 1 bh and you see this very often in 2-3k mmr games. Nothing special there just classic pub dota. Not even impressed.

https://www.joindota.com/en/news/62497-top-5-record-breaking-players-matches-victories-and-win Most pro-player wins is our current Liquid captain Kuroky! Hoping the numbers are correct (also don't know if it is maps or matches; so a bo5 win would count as one?), he is just 24 wins away from the magical number "1000 wins"! Maybe we keep track of that to congratulate!?

Looks like he's got good chances to be the #1 in games soon as well - provided they either play or win more than OG ![]() Also gh worth mentioning as the pro with the best win ratio. not only that but we have gh, miracle, kuroky and mc in the top 10 win-ratio players ![]() poor matu not showing up anywhere
