If we add that to ppd´s interview (he said, he kinda felt betrayed when zai and arteezy left, but understands it now and blamed it on them being very young players), it is becoming more likely. I´m still sad for secret then. The future looks grim  | ||

it didn't really work out, much for the same reason DK 2014 didn't work out it takes more than just 5 talents to make a good team the chances of this team sticking together after their get-rich-fast scheme didn't work out is pretty low, as there's nothing that mutually unite them together except for glory, which was not attained | ||

I could def see EG picking artour and keeping fear as a bench player for the majors with zai getting back to school. But otherwise they wouldn't have much better by leaving secret | ||

A lot of people seem to forget one of the main intentions of forming TS when they discuss their future, which is creating an own trademark. Some of the players were annoyed by the policy of some organisations and wanted to proof that they are able to establish a name as big as an organization on their own with out relying on (organisational?) sponsors! This goal still exists, but I doubt Zai and rtz share it as much as ppy,kky and s4 do. I can so the last three sticking together for another run and I believe if they manage to pull together for another year they really could archieve their goal. While I do think TS is some kind of trademark already they need some more time to not be forgotten that fast. The position they have concerning the professional esport scene is something that unites them out of all the strategical and "view of the game" things, which imo gives them a bigger chance in staying somewhat together after the shuffle. This is by no means guaranteed and as I said I am not sure how this counts for rtz and zai. On another note in addition to my point after their approach I cant really imagine how they could join an already established organisation.. | ||

In this Na'Vi interview he talks about his vision and some other stuff: He is the only one that i see 100% sure will stay in Secret because his involvement in the business side. When I was 17 or 18 I would react the same way, but which better team would they join? The only western teams that did better than Secret were VP and EG. | ||

I agree here and I want to add on this. What I'm about to write is pure speculation on my part, it could be spot on and it could be completely off so take it with a grain of salt. I think Secret's problem was the 2 fractions in the team. On one side you have ppy and kuro, both veterans that know each other for a long time and know what they want in game, drafts and outside of the game. On the other side you have Zai and RTZ, 2 very talented guys who are raw and moody in leadership department. And lastly you have S4, the neutral of sorts who doesn't wanna butt in. After a failure at DAC, the young guys stand up to the old guy (ppy) and want change, hence Zai drafts at SL12. With that whole thing being a disaster they decide they need a neutral drafting to keep both sides happy. This is were S4 comes in. He's a very good drafter on his own but him being a neutral guarantees both the veterans and the young guys get their say. Things start to go as planned, they win a lot and everyone's happy. TI comes and while their group stage goes well, it probably wasn't as good as they wanted it to be and probably realize there are some cracks which weren't there in previous months. They go with a somewhat risky early game draft vs EHOME and fail, dismantling the fragile chemistry of the team in the process. This is where things go bad. S4 no longer has supreme confidence in his drafts and neither does his team. We then see RTZ having a lot of words exchanged with Kuro, both probably having different views on what went wrong. All small things but in the big picture they reveal the fractions that are existent in the team and suddenly everyone's doing their own thing. Just like they all did their own thing at Starladder 12. Again, I don't really have any proof but I feel like I'm not completely off on this either. | ||
