9 or 15 games in a row, does it really matter? It sucks either way, it's not good enough for a tier 1 team

I mean, its pretty rich coming from a guy with an Alliance flair, who basically GGAed their way to the winner's bracket, and proceeded to lose all matches from there. Loda must be thanking Alex Garfield for the extra $$ secured in this manner.

I doubt Alliance and EG colluded to ensure Alliance got to the UB. I've never seen any evidence they even like each other, let alone work together because their organisations are linked.
Far more likely is just that EG weren't focusing on an unimportant game.

my ideal scenario is bulba out miracle in EE to offlane hehe

And that would probably make them even worse. EE is much better on farm oriented heroes and generally you get tempo controllers out of your offlane.

EE probably hasn't practiced many tempo heroes either though. It's kind of like saying EE was a better support than carry back before Kaipi. It's true but it misses the point.
What I do know is that he's started in the offlane many times during the last year so he knows how to lane and if he's pushed into the jungle, it's EE if nothing else the dude knows how to jungle farm.
This has nothing to do with how likely it is or even expected results however, like I said it's just my ideal scenario.

Envy deleted Secret banner on twitter and removed team secret carry player in description

He also followed SVG and Ritsu, so looks like he might be looking to make his own team with relative unknowns/newcomers. He also updated his bio to mid player. Rumors on reddit are that the team's lineup is
1 - Ritsu 2 - EE 3 - MSS 4 - SVG 5 - 1437

I would be glad to see EE build his own team again but hoped Aui would be on it. I guess we'll see soon enough

Hey man, Secret atleast won a Valve event and placed second in another with Envy as carry . Thats much more than I can say for any team with Bulba in it xD.

Isn't 1437 a part of Secret? He will leave his post to give it a try again? Nice

My prediction is that he is going to end up as usual, making a top 5 team, thats decent for the first half of the year - not winning stuff, but some top 3 finishes, and then promptly implode during the months leading up to TI. Its a mentality issue, not necessarily a skill issue. Literally every team he has been in, has followed this cycle - C9 @ TI 4 was the only exception, where they ended up finishing 5/6 after imploding in a spectacular fashion after the level 1 rosh.

That's a pretty weird narrative given his performance at Frankfurt and Shanghai, which are TIs in all but name. Same competition and everything.
Im also rolling my eyes at people who don't know how to use the word cancerous.

How do you mean "every team"? Nothing like that happened with NTH, nothing like that happened with Kaipi, nothing like that happened with TI4 C9. TI5 C9, yeah, but then that's not what happened with Secret either.
So...?

I imagine Team Secret's failures are due more to mentality than anything. I don't think it's a single person, either. Obviously, we can't really tell what's going on behind the curtain, but their mistakes are pretty telling in my opinion. I don't really think the entire team is on the same wavelength. It also appears that not all players are practicing as much as they ought to (once again, in my opinion). In-game communication feels off, too. Even if I'm completely wrong, I hope they all can work on whatever is wrong and start rolling in victories. A lot of my favorite pros are on Secret.
