Dis gonna sound crazy but EE back to support, Puppey offlane while Bulba mid might even work better lol

He's coaching secret yes No idea what the arrangement between him and 1437 is

Poor Aui. TI winner to coach. That's got to hurt.
Secret in the Euro qualifiers as well. Dunno how they really made that decision - maybe they're planning to play from Turkey?

2 coaches we won. only if either one was actually good at coaching LOL.
as long as we dont have to play eg to qualify for TI we are goooood. cuz eg is gonna win ti6 most likely but we gotta believe in our boy artour. #belieber

What?
EE carried so much water for W33 and Misery. They repeatedly sacked him and he found a way to make it work. His all around game is fairly versatile these days as well...
Honestly a bit more worreid about Artour.

as a none native speaker I m not sure if this is sarkasm, but w33 was clearly the reason secret was strong in the tourneys they won. I watched all games and meepo, wr, invoker, od mid plays made the games for secret in all tourneys. There was just once EE played a good and high risk ember, thats it. The slark plays are just standard.
Rtz is a way better player than EE and would perform way better as carry. If you want to have a working team, go backand get w33 and misery or kick EE, take rtz as carry and take a spacecreating 8k+ supermid.

I believe the point was that Secret barely ever played in a way which was having EE farm like crazy until a certain timing. Instead when they started out as a team (when they were in the finals of every LAN) they were pretty regularly sacrificing EE's farm in favor of Misery and w33, and then have EE come back into the game. And at Shanghai too they never ran strats where the goal was to get EE super farmed alone, but instead had several farming cores.
I've said it before but I don't think in general the playing style of the two cores is something that has even been a significant issue. For whatever reason the previous team had quite poor judgement in terms of what fights to take and how to take them. One can question whether teamfighting is EE's or Arteezy's strength in general, but that's a separate issue from the regular "not enough space on the map!!", "too greedy!!" spam, which doesn't seem to be relevant at all to Secret's games to me.

w33 plays in secret was sick, thought he was kicked cuz puppey didnt like him cuz hes a tardhat and doesnt realize when he pisses puppey off and keeps doing it lol.
secret just doesnt play like a team and they draft like shit. has nothing to do with ee+artour combo. why do u think og won 2 majors. they got a great captain/drafter and amazing team chemistry.

The term "carry water" doesn't have the same connotation here as carry does in dota. When you carry the water for someone it means you are doing the hard/unpleasant work for that person, sort of like a lackey. EE often takes the unsafe farm allowing his mid to take safer farm, and many times he would go offlane to give his offlane player a 1v1 matchup

W33 did a whole lot of stupid shit that people glossed over a bunch. He had maybe the highest highs, but the lowest lows (possible exception of Misery).
Meh.

I think they right now , drafting is a huge issue for them. None of their drafts are very good. Games that they win are usually because the enemy team has equal or worse draft compared to them. They also have alot of issues with teamplay. They are consistently split up and their ganks often times are very sloppily executed and heavily rely on PLD to 'carry' a teamfight with his spell usage ie Shanghai's lion, and from what I have heard , PLD seems to be emotional and under heavy pressure to succeed, he often falters( cant blame him, happens to the best of us). Puppey I think shld start being more active in the early game and I guess be more dominant, the secret 4.0 seems to not be listening to him quite abit.

we havent even seen anything with the new lineup jesus guys.

Isn't it the other way around though?

Valve actually did it Open Qualifiers for both EG and Secret I'm very worried here, BO1s are a nightmare
|
This will be fun.
If they can qualify all the way to TI, this series of games will be awesome practice for them. Like all the officials they didn't play because "lol invited" in a few days.
If they don't qualify, oh boy.
I hope Valve next season release clear rules for the teams to know what they need to do to qualify. Also a better transfer market rules. And do a qualification like the World Cup. Everyone divided per region and the teams with most points qualify. No more invites. Ok that one is a bit unlikely.
|
I think that having the previous TI winner + each team that wins a major get a guaranteed direct invite would be pretty reasonable.
