You're looking too much into it and judging anyone based on BO1's is never good. They played against Lajons right after they had a BO5 and judging by how atypically bad they played, it's not much of a stretch to think they were tired. Lajons is also pretty legit, they beat a lot of other bigger teams as well. And in the time period when you say Secret were only losing to vg and eg, they actually lost to 4ASC twice and got knocked out of the Dreamhack qualifiers. What ultimately matters is if they place highly in most tournaments they play and they do.
Their results are still solid, they're on the way to winning their second title in a row now. Dropping matches here and there doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things. I think it's too early to judge them based off isolated losses.

You also have to look at the time of year it is, none of the top teams are really looking to practice or play extra games right now because of the holidays and a lack of a real break. Times like this are when lower t2 and t3 teams show some of their potential against teams like Secret and hope for sponsors

Well when u have fnatic players in the team (although there's only 1 left T.T. Sudden losses to T2 T3 teams are bound to happen

You know that these "underdogs" named Lajons are 10:2 in Starleague!?
They are really good! So loosing a BO1 against them is quite possible, especially after Secret had a long match beforehand!

The above, and the fundamental logic that we know they discussed it and since it is doubtful Secret were asking for massive salaries, it was less about "not being able to afford" as not coming to mutually-agreeable terms.

So rumors are n0tail, misery out (he was temporary anyway?) two in between EG or C9. Supposedly RTZ and Zai going by Mason/Blitz. I don't know why they'd kick notail unless notail/fly were a package deal and he wasn't okay with Fly getting kicked.
