Not the strongest opponent but the team definitely has potential to be super good.

Both did very well in game 1, 2nd game Misery missed a few hooks early on which screwed up Secret's ganks but it happens to everyone sometimes. After the difficult start in that game there was just not much for Misery to do aggressively. PLD on the other hand was doing his usual thing when the team is behind, pushing out lanes aggressively only to get NaVi run after him with multiple heroes while EE and others are farming. A lot of his deaths were hardly even that poor play.

A lot of his deaths were hardly even that poor play. I'm looking mostly at game 2, hard to look at games you're stomping the whole way, since anything you do is way more forgiving, and thus mistakes can be a bit harder to spot. In the second game, Misey missed every hook in the game, until the game reached a point where Secret was far enough ahead that it didn't matter. I agree, sometimes you have a rough game, and you'll miss like 2-3 in a row... But that was what, 5 or 6? And the prediction in hook locations wasn't good either, I dunno, just not impressed with that. I only have this series to judge him by on Secret though, so of course my opinion is going to be subject to high variance. PLD on the other hand, yes, he made space for the AM (which was their only hope), but he should've seen at least some rotations coming when everyone was missing on the map. I guess he tried to shout "hey look at me, come kill me", so in a sense it worked, but they really didn't need more than 2 heroes to chase that Dazzle at any point in time. While on the topic of that game, really sucks losing a match you have 0 deaths on... Especially as a PL honestly, beyond me. And also, I felt the PL farmed very slowly, I don't remember the exact net worths now, but AM was 6 slotted, having eaten a moon shard, 5k+ gold at the end of game, and then there was the PL with like 3 items (Diffusal + Skadi + Manta I think?).

Yeah i just looked at the game, you are right. Puppey was like only ten cs behind of w33haa, this explains everything. w33haa was godlike in g1. Misery yes, pld no. pld played so fucking well, especially in game 1.

The statement that w33 played a bad game 2, reasoned with the argument "puppey had more" farm makes no sense to me. It was a clear and planned trade of secret to get puppey farm and prioritize the aghs. Just count, what w33 could get as farm, if he got support when ganks on mid happened or the stacks in the early game are on his side instead of ppys. He played a very good first and a very good second game. If you watch the fights he was the main factor why the earthshaker was shut down completly. Great play and perfect targeting and decision making. All the deaths of pld where planned too, they clearly traded the space for am for a supportkill. The rotations often forced up to three players to rotate. The aggressive split pushings could not get handled by NAVIs draft. (Keeper and 2 highly mobile heroes - clever draft) Only misery missplayed some hooks... this should not happen when they play against t1 teams in the future. .. but let s be honest, the samplesize now is 2.

PLD saved their asses in the early phase of game two with extremely important TP's and played a great Bounty Hunter in game one. He may have died a few times too often in game two, but all in all, his performance really surprised me in a positive way. Misery played a pretty bad second game, that's true. His first game was good though and that were only his two first officials as an offlaner for a long time (apart from those few games he played for Secret after TI4), give him some time to become familiar with his new role.

EE did usual good AM things both games, and he's not delusional about it, so it's already good. w33 looked overall as well as Secret intend him to be. If he gets easy lane with easy line-up to snowball with, he is almost godlike. If he gets sacked in not so easy of lane (pl-es for example), he does look mediocre, but that's how it is with snowballing mids that get sacked completely. Misery should either spam 100 games of clock in pubs right now or rather play less skill-shot oriented heroes (thankfully clock is the only one in this patch, but hey, pudge will very likely be buffed again in 6.85). Either way, he has some place for improvement, but come on, he likely can improve.... right? Puppey somehow took the mantle of Aui_2000 way too literally, but he totally does that mantle good plus in those 2 games he naturally had heroes that can afford to solo split push a lane and still contribute somewhat in the game. And PLD... hey, that's the PLD we all remember. Brilliant, yet a blatant space creator (or tactical feeder, or plain feed, how you like). Overall.... It's a Team Secret with SpeedGaming.int flair, not exactly Team Secret with Puppey's usual flair (outside of kotol picks).

also w33 completely lost mid QoP vs Dendi's PL... i don't consider that a good thing at all; he recovered, but lets not be delusional,if it was a against a stronger team that wouldve likely lost them the game still early etc but the xfactor with this team is of course puppey
