On the other hand PL has a significant damage advantage and can spam lances.

Strong ppy as 4th position, pld played well and did the same job as before, w33 played rly good, ee was playing qop like he is playing am ;-) and misery rly got hudge problems with offlane plays. The Dark seer was not played good if you compare this to zai plays and the tusk was extremly bad played. In still believe in misery, he needs more training, a lot more.

In the Tusk game he was against a pretty tough lane, it's not ease to contest a lane against a Gyro when there's also Naga net to hold you down. It wasn't too surprising that he ended up being very poor, but of course maybe you could expect better play from him in teamfights still. For example I can't recall snowball being used very effectively at all. But that said he was never the Tusk player in c9, I doubt he has much experience yet playing the hero and playing the fights correctly with him when underfarmed isn't the easiest thing. One thing that maybe Misery has to think about are his item builds. As far as I recall he went bottle on both Tusk and Clock even when he didn't have a very good lane for example. But item builds are also one thing that he will only figure out when he plays heroes more. Other players may do certain things you can copy, but still you also have to gain your own understanding through playing on what is good and when. In general I didn't really like the way the drafts worked in games 1 and 2. Though my understanding may be a bit off, maybe it could have been better if Secret had played a bit better in the lanes, but anyway in both games they were very restricted on what they could actually do in the game. Game 1 they had a very hard time contesting Alliance at all in fights, and they couldn't really pick important heroes off either until pretty late into the game. Game 2 they had a very hard time protecting their side of the map and getting farm, and Alliance had full control of both jungles for a long time. It was a pretty easy game to just start feeding the game away, I was pretty impressed that they even came back to it. Game 3 on the other hand they could put out a lot of pressure themselves, had good vision due to the Naga and Clock, and they could easily just farm up and initiate fights on their terms.

IDK, I think Secret have a good shot. It's their first "real" test, though.

Unlike his support was good idk it's too early to tell with little games they have atm. I thought his support play was more reliably stable than spectacular. His clock game was solid. He's no Zai though. Think Envy puppy though is a good foundation.

if he doesn't perform at the major very well I can see him getting cut. To win TI5 you need world class players and his offlaning so far hasn't even remotely been world class. EE has been playing some of the best I have ever seen him play tho.

As far as EE goes imo one big difference compared to c9 is that he is actually given good lanes, the supports use resources to protect him and farm up themselves, and the team doesn't unnecessarily just force things only to start feeding. Compare this to c9 where EE was often handed a very difficult lane with the supports dual laning with bone7 or ganking mid for Fata. If you look at Secret know, they aren't ganking for Misery or w33 really at all early on. Instead the supports have been getting their own levels up or using time to give EE a head start.
