Let's be real here; there's a lot of nostalgia in this one. Most of their innovation during that time period was how to get farmed support, and understanding that if you have 4 heroes farming as 3-5 of their heroes ganked 1 hero then you were gaining more than them in long run. All these things have changed or are just standard parts of the game now. Biggest problem I feel is alliance strength is generally skirmish type fights and late game decisions, but the games end faster in general, and 5v5 fights become more relevant so far, so unless next patch tones that down I'm hoping that alliance can just figure out 5v5 fights more | ||

Who is eligible to appear on the leaderboard? To qualify, a player must have all of the following: At least 300 lifetime matchmade games played. (Unranked or ranked PvP matches only.) At least 100 lifetime solo ranked games At least 15 solo ranked games in the last 21 days in the same division Official player info on file So basically, unless you play a decent amount of solo ranked games, you fall off the leaderboards even if your MMR doesn't go down. There is no MMR decay. So we don't know his mmr, because he isn't on the leaderboards anymore, because he hasn't played enough solo queue recently. | ||

So if he starts to play, and reaches 15 solo games within the last few days, he'll be back up (with the current loss/win ration calculated into the mmr i suppose)? Seems good enough. A players should do what BD does and s4 did, just for keeping the basic routines sharp. | ||
