Remember when Navi said they had and/or were using data when they were constructing this team (with rmn)? They should fire whoever compiled their data.

^ Do you really believe that? I always thought thats an excuse for not being able to attract tier 1 players.

I dont think the problema is money at all as i believe NaVi must be one of the good paying teams in dota, is more about what you are getting into.

You know you are entering a pretty organized working team when joining VP, EG, etc... Not NaVi

I said attract, not buy T1 players. they can buy them sure, but no T1 player in their right mind would join NaVi. Unless they build a team from scratch.

This team isn't a TI team, like it's one thing if you play not knowing your ceiling, but it's another if you do. It's more than just bad DotA at this point, it's just uninspired DotA like players are there because they have to be.

To see Navi like this is just sad. The fan vote did no one any good. Can't imagine that fans who voted for Navi want to see them get stomped into the ground 8 times in a row. Can't imagine that the Navi players want to get stomped into the ground 8 times in a row. Can't imagine the tournament organizers want one sided games as close ones attract way more viewers. lose-lose-lose situation, great.

Win the vote. Lose everything else. At this point, not sure if people are voting them in to troll them. Some of those voter might just want them to finally play some Tier1 teams so they could get stomped and maybe make some decent changes finally.

Which is sad because if this was a deep bottom, it would force some changes :/

Perhaps with this sonneiko takes on the carry role. Pajkatt moves to supp. Could work to be honest.

Piecat is fine as carry, it's his leadership we're all seriously wondering about, he's having difficulty seeing the game from the perspective of his team or communicating. For example, game 1 I think against Liquid (the Bristleback game), Biver on CM rotates to the top lane by where 1st dire tower was (it's gone at this point) and sees the opposing team in dire jungle. Biver then promptly cuts up to meet up with Piecat and I think Sonneiko. After reaching the juke area above where the tower was, Biver promptly gets ditched by Piecat who just TPs out and Sonneiko after he sees the TP (rightfully so as Liquid had 4 or 5), but WHY did Biver had to die there? Like that was such pub level communication as Biver could have just never gone into that area in the first place, or if the team/Piecat makes the call to get out earlier. Like Biver is an underleveled and underfarmed CM against a fed Bristle + 3 teammates?

Just really dumb stuff like that.

Not really convinced that his carry style fits navi. Guy needs to know that games don't start after 20mins of farming.

This may sound harsh, but has ever a Pajkatt team done better? He's a skilled player, with many years of competitive experience, but always has seemed out of sync with teammates, no matter who they were.

i don't think he has the skill at the same level of most other carry players these days, and it hurts even more that he must captain. i also don't think the losses recently show very much and i'm more interested in how they play in their qualifiers.

what matters is how he plays now and i don't think the picks they've made lend to good play.
it all looks very disoriented because every player is not doing things they must do.
you cannot farm like you used to, you must make sacrifices and take advantages when the holes appear.
simply picking good heroes work for some teams like secret, but for everyone else the execution must precede the picks and then the outlook of the game (with those picks) must be accurate and follow some basic steps to success.

moreover i've played and watched some of his pubs and i'm not very impressed, in fact a little disappointed if i'm going to be honest. i've said the same thing about ana and i could only think that it's beginning to show at this moment, if the entire team of OG isn't close to 100% they have these games they must produce comebacks in.
when has shutdown ana not worked in recent games? i feel teams have gotten better at pushing the threshold and punishing OG's specific pace.
navi doesn't even approach those problems yet because they're playing quite randomly still.

this is a great opportunity for a young pro player, one that many people wish they had. i hope navi is able to make use of this before the quick descent to complete irrelevancy

Never. All bad. I think he can do well as a carry/mid if he decides to keep his ego in check, and listen to captain. But nope he often does his own thing and ideas, which have proven countless of times to be not great. Look at the number of times when he is not with his team when they need him, cuz farming is more important. Him screaming at team tinker was a classic

PPD, Fear, Dendi, General And Soinneko? I'd support that team.
