Just right on the cusp, locked out because they couldn't beat any of the four qualified teams by their own hands. And with those four teams tied, you can't even say "well they lost because [team] threw to Comanche" or something along those lines.

It's amazing to me how a team with their experience and resources performs worse than a 2 week old pubstack. Like, no shame in losing to Empire, Vega, or Team Spirit (I mean it's not ideal but at least those are 'somewhat' decent teams that can pull out upsets even against T1 opponents at times etc...), but seeing Funn1k stack doing so much better than a team that was supposedly the result of careful planning and deliberation, had months of training, bootcamps, live tournaments etc? Dunno, man. I want XBOCT back :-(

The players are individually good, they just need a captain. Pajkatt is not him and he is clearly not in sync with the way the others play. After Sonneiko took over they did relatively better but Pajkatt is playing his own game. We have seen this a lot of times already and the one and only who brought balance to NaVi over the last 3 years was ArtStyle, be it with Xboct and Funnik or without them. Hope they find a captain and a carry that can make them play with direction. Someone with a plan. There is no need to kick all five of them and even if they did so, there is zero chance they can build a competitive team with just 5 new guys with the players CIS has to offer. The org already tried picking the newcomers and look what they did, picking five won't make it any better.

I would still go with the PPD/Fear one.

ARS-ART: No one from CIS want to become a Na'Vi player, almost no one. Community rumors: Dendi and Pajkatt had some 'serious issues' during qualifiers, the team wasn't a 'team' at all, no one wants to join Na'Vi because of Dendi still playing. ____________________ These are rumors, but they seem true. Not sure how I feel about this, I still think getting a new roster with 5 new players is the way to go, because apparently no proven player wants to join them anyway (not surprising tbh). If they still want to keep Dendi (which imo is a mistake) and keep milking his persona, perhaps they'll be smart enough to relegate him to pos 4 or 5, or if they decide to keep him as pos2 they'll be switching captains all the time until "the perfect one" comes along to guide the mighty Dendi hur dur lul.

Not that it'll happen, though. Org doesn't care as much, especially when it Navi already is it's owners "B-team" behind VP.
