Probably but there are some exceptions like me.
I really like their progression over time and their overall play style is a mixture of aggressive CIS style and more calculated overall western style. Considering their previous tournament performances, I'd expect more from them. I understand the competition is the hardest but please gather your shit and start owning. Gogo Empire.
We're not gone yet, but Empire need to get a little lucky.
The good news is I think the most likely result is 10th place tiebreaks, but even that is not a guarantee; Empire needs to beat Arrow (likely), LGD needs to lose its last game (likely), and none of the 5-8 teams can win 2 games(likely, I think?)
Even so, 10th break tiebreaks, if they even happen, are going to be rough; there's probably going to be at least 3-4 teams in it fighting for one slot.
According to this interview there is a 0% chance Empire stays together. If I understood correctly seems to imply that Silent is likely to leave. Vanskor also expresses dissatisfaction with the Empire manager and says he was rather unhelpful throughout TI4. I have a feeling AWF will be gone as well as he has always seemed like the weakest link of the team.
Mag and Resolution are two of the hottest players in CIS (or even all of Europe) right now. They can only get better from here, provided they have a solid team, an experienced leader and a good drafter to back them up (I wasn't a fan of Mag's drafting in TI4 and they really struggled adapting to the Skywrath/Razor TI meta).

Sometimes you have to make difficult decisions, do not judge us harshly. Today cheerteam_empire match against c9!
Not sure what CIS players are out there that aren't already on a team and are an upgrade to Empire's current lineup. Maybe he's referring to the lineup for a different game?
Quite possible. Dunno what to think, but at least the games i watched sonneiko in (mostly when he stood in for power rangers) he seemed really good, so it's probably not too bad. Mag's pretty inconsistent.
