If you saw Dreamhack finals, you would have seen that he could be pretty inconsistent. But they made it to the finals at least, over Vega, 4C&L, and Alliance. I believe that a once great player can become great again.

That has to be silent decision (I mean xboct its not bad, but he is clearly a tier below silent nowadays), otherwise its not exactly a smart move by the team

So all things considered, I think if Silent could immediately be as in sync with the team as Illidan was, then this will be an upgrade for both sides. Empire has been on quite a roll recently so it's hard to see it as an undisputed best move. Either way, GOOD LUCK TO BOTH PARTIES. My cheering order will now probably be LGD/VP --> Empire --> everything else now though. Edit: Alohadance's 1 is pretty good ![]()

Resolut1on its not bad, like at all, he is godlike, but he has always been like "so close, yet so far" to become what people has been saying about him for about 2 years (the wonder boy from russia)

However, I don't think this is the end for team Empire. The best teams aren't just collections of the best 5 individually skilled players, but rather collections of 5 good-enough players that gel really well together. Hopefully Empire find and develop new strategies and playstyles with Silent's replacement and keep moving forward as a team. imho, The team's been a bit stagnant lately so I'm hoping some big changes will breathe new life into them. If XBOCT ends up being Silent's replacement, it's not so bad - he's actually a pretty underrated player I think. (though I'm still secretly hoping yoky comes back)

Pretty nice, winning $125k against that level of competition. Hopefully the organizers pay out. :3 Overall I'm relatively optimistic, the roster seems to gel better and might be ready for winter, not sure if we can expect the same level of domination this time though. I'm still yearning for some yoky-level offlane play. + Show Spoiler + ![]()
