The blink change is part of what is good about the patch. Longer cooldown? Sure. Less range? Maybe. But going back to a mana cost is working backwards. | ||

Imagine that Slark's ult had never been changed to total invisibility. If it had an Aghs upgrade to make it permanent, would that be broken in competitive play? 100% broke in pubs, of course. | ||

I'm going to say no; do we still get the cloud? Or is it Riki-style? It'd be strong as hell, but Agh's is still a decent investment and I don't think it would help that much in this meta. | ||
