I think people are being unfair to Valve when they say things like this. 99% of the "bugs" that are in the game are only bugs because they aren't at DotA 1 parity--they're not functionally broken or anything. Seeing as this is the first time that a developer has released a sequel that is supposed to be functionally identical to the original, no developer has ever been subject to this level of scrutiny before. The developers are being asked to mimic functionality in a completely different engine, written in a language that they probably don't know (seeing as I don't think working knowledge of JASS and the DotA 1 code-base is in any way a reasonable requirement for the DotA 2 dev team). | ||

As someone who has only been watching dota for about a year now I felt like I had to quote this. Every single stream/tourney/thread has people yelling throw about everything. It's honestly really annoying, I brought it up in one thread asking why the winning team wasnt getting credit and got a throw response. | ||
