^ I don't mean to be mean but it's still a little annoying, I mean I want to know what it's worth to a random person not if you specifically would buy or not buy it because you don't understand the value of block.
Also I agree, I hate trying to sell those, especially because even if mine is amazing it will probably take the wizards about 50 years to find it because the system is retarded, try spamming in general

Have you guys had good experiences w/ non-buyout auctions? Do they typically get bid up to item worth? I'm afirad to start an item at a low bidding price and have someone snipe it at the last minute...

2 times I made the buyout way too high and apparently some people bid a bit and then someone just bought out even though it wasn't really worth it, probably because he didn't want to lose.
So I think optimally you want your auctions to have a buyout that's overpriced but such that one might want to pay for security , that however wouldn't get sold out if it was the minbid as well
Well <_< completely no buyouts I've never tried no... I think it's more optimal to have the buyout be slightly higher than what the winning bid would normally be and that way they'd go the extra leap for the security as said

I just sold a pair of similar boots for 250k but my stats were a little different:
150 int
150 dex
57 resist all
35 cold resist
I don't know how the difference between the two would affect the price but 250k is probably in the ballpark.

Picked up this nifty little shield while farming Act 1. Since I've never seen Wizards use shields, and since this thing doesn't have any primary stats on it, is it worth anything?
Also, are commodity auctions still offline or what? (NA)

The thing is, I don't think it'd be possible to get much more than that--mostly because most Barbarians that would be in the market for a blue shield aren't going to have the means to pay 2+ million. Anyone capable of purchasing higher than that would probably be looking for rares that encompass more than 2 key stats (or just waiting on a Stormshield).

I was actually just looking at these on NA and I'd price that one about 800k-1.5m. For future reference, 110-400something is the max damage on them I believe. The tough part with these (and other x-y damage items) is that that stat is mostly what most people are after and it's not searchable through the AH so it's hard to reach your customer.
I don't have any idea what the price difference between NA and EU is so that's up to you.

really dont know how to price this one. have only found one ring so far with comparable, but slightly worse stats, that went for something like 1.9m.

Lots of dex and ares make that a pretty attractive piece for Monk. Breeches regularly sell for the 750k-1m range, I think that one's worth 1.5m at least.
