The DPS is the only important bit (life on hit maybe). Bleeds are completely useless as they don't scale off anything. Can't help with Europe prices though.

At least 2-2.5m probably, if not 3m or higher. 3 sockets and the higher dex roll would be ideal, but that's a pretty solid piece.

Every DH just uses Elemental Arrow so Rapid Fire increas is kinda useless. Though I wouldn't be surprises EA got nerfed soon and we'll see Rapid Fire being used much more. Your bow has decent dps but Life on Hit is useless for DH's as is bleed damage. Lack of socket also sucks because that's at least a free 70% crit dmg.
