TBH I think this thread should be split up by region--or at the very least, people should be somewhat mindful of assigning value to items outside their region. From what it seems, gold/item valuation on different regions can be VERY different.

Nothing. These recipes give only 4 properties, the ones in demand give 6. Then, these items are tier 2 of lvl 60 items, so you can't craft "perfect" items because the best properties are unavailable.

This is wrong. The ilvl 62 items are capable of rolling all random properties that can be rolled on ilvl 63 items. Compare the affix lists for Archon Crowns to Sovereign Helms:

The only difference is that ilvl 62 items have more potential "bad" properties to roll, so it takes more luck to get a good one.
That said, the 4-property recipes are still pretty bad. You only get to roll 4 random properties, so the likelihood of getting a good item is far lower than for the 5- and 6-property recipes, and the cost isn't lower by enough to make up for it. On top of that, the drop rate on the 4-property recipes is way higher (I've found like 5 of the 4-property ones, and never the 5- or 6-).

Okay, so I guess I'll start looking for 6-property recipes and go mass crafting.

Not sure how much it's actually "worth," but I would never pay more than like 80k for it. But that may be more a personal preference than anything, I prefer nice passive stats on my shield than the armor rating.

Don't take it personally, I just prefer passive stats over armor and block. I'm just telling you what I would pay for it, I even stated that I don't know how much you could get for it.

Well I guess I'll just say that a 17% block Stormshield is perhaps 3.2 million and one with identical stats but 32% block is 12million, think about that
