EPTI don't think the short invulnerability on SSS justifies the long cooldown, but you kind of have to though, or SSS would be too insane in PvP. Maybe.
I don't really feel like PTR-ing it up so I'll just wait and see what happens I guess.

 I guess devs don't want to buff everything at once just to see how the new changes are first? Idkwith bell I use the lower cost rune with exalted soul, drop 6 bells consecutively :b also wanted to see if anyone had opinions on the crafting i think inna's set still gives the most dmg output with good ehp so no chest/pants bracers seem to be +115 mainstat base, so if you need more vit you can roll them otherwise lacuni dps is higher ok now that i thought about it im gonna craft some bracers lol im kind of on the fence about gloves since they can roll 300+ dex but 50 ess is a lot :/ so basically i plan to craft amulet+bracer+glove in that order, lol | ||

The advantage of thunderclap is the teleport and the attack speed increase (that gives you better spirit regen/ LoH proc rate) - if you're TRing properly 100% of the time you benefit from neither. Long as snapshot works, its better to go Deadly Reach: Foresight for 18% damage bonus. Circular Breathing gives you 3 extra spirit/sec compared to MoC, which in most weapon setups,allows you to use just one spirit regen item. If you use 2H weapon with low attack speed, with CB you can do well with only 2+ spirit regen on your helm. If you go with MoC, you will need an extra 2-3 spirit/ sec, most likely resulting in you buying a SoJ and/or Xephirian - which might be worse than your regular ring/ amulet setup, which can at least partially take from your DPS bonus from MoC. Also, since the build focuses on killing stuff as fast as possible, I find it quite handy to use Submission instead of Overawe - it provides some extra damage in the area outside of your SW that in the case of low dps might make a difference between killing and almost killing monsters you run past by (and the latter nets you neither exp nor loot). Cyclone is nice, Id swap it for Firestorm but its more of a matter of personal preference. Blinding Flash is a no-brainer before snapshot fix Serenity is not needed, but depending on ones weapon setup Id consider 7ss instead of Blazing Wrath - its not THAT good, but in some situations it allows you to oneshot a group of reflect elites without caring about any healing at all. Also, with your skill setup, Exalted Soul is nowhere near as important as Chant of Resonance | ||

 so i use exalted soul, cyclone, overawe over chant, firestorm, sub i've never tried deadly reach with tr before, but its probably the best choice if youre using infinite tr; same with moc-sub it seems more common to tr with a 2h, which can roll a lot of lifesteal, so i prefer some more constant dmg with bw although that might change after 1.07 ill put a note in the post above | ||

The drop rate of Demonic Essense at MP0 is enough to not make me consider anything higher like with key farming. I sold all my snapshot gear already so back to my good old Shenlongs, and plan on just using FoT to kill small packs/elites, Explosive Light to kill big packs, and keeping Blind as the CC to keep packs in one spot to burn. Mostly just keeping my farming/leveling gear optimized to do MP0. At at crappy 70k dps but decent 21 spirit regen to spam WoL: Explosive Light. Nice thing is that even on live WoL can one-shot most white mobs and Sweeping/Cyclone usually takes care of the rest. | ||

Hundred fists-blazing fists Dashing strike-way of the falling star Deadly reach-foresight Sweeping wind Overawe Blazing wrath with 3 stacks of wothf you have 65 speed for 3 seconds after dashing strike, which lets you catch stuff that runs away if youre using EF or just lets you move around really fast *note that if you dash on empty space you dont get extra speed now that blinding flash is not necessary, trying to find other stuff to use besides fot-tc lol feel free to try it and comment  also was playing around with Crippling wave-rising tide/fists of thunder-quickening Wave of light-empowered wave Dashing strike-quicksilver/cyclone strike-eye of the storm spirit generates so fast, but not as convenient as fot-tc :c | ||

what is your budget? i can try to help general stuff right now You should definitely get a weapon with dex and an open socket with lifesteal if you can afford it. will be a nice boost. imo, use a star emerald (70%). if you can afford a radiant star (100%) there are currently better things to spend your gold on At the lower dps levels loh is similar to lifesteal, but as your dps goes up you want to use lifesteal calculate how much you gain from loh and lifesteal to see what you should use for now (lifesteal is 20% in inferno; not sure if loh is also reduced but i assume so) then consider natalya's set for the crit bonus, but if you cant spend much then you can only get a basic natalya's ring and boots, so your gain will be 4% crit and some ias assuming you swap out your right side ring for it. also you have no movespeed, so natalya boots will help with that. consider getting inna's pants or lacunis depending on where you want your allres to be (currently i see it's on the pants) that will get you to 24% speed, which is ideal for farming | ||
