Proc coefficient reduced from 0.2 to 0.08 its more then %50. Also maintaining WW was never a problem for this build. | ||

The proc chance is irrelevant against large mobs, which is what you used to use WW for. The reduced cost for WW means you can actually use it against smaller mobs, and use that to supplement your LoH and fury generation. | ||

Hmm. I'm thinking.... Maybe switching Axe to Mighty weapon would help.. Unforgiving Fury regeneration has been quadrupled, increased to 2 Fury every 1 second (up from 1 Fury every 2 seconds) (But i love Boon of Bulkathos  Also Ench armor gets a nerf. Changing Ench to Scoundrel may help. | ||

Battle Rage Duration increased from 30 seconds to 120 seconds Whirlwind Fury cost from 16 to 9 Unforgiving Fury regeneration has been quadrupled, increased to 2 Fury every 1 second (up from 1 Fury every 2 seconds) it needs some tests, but I think that ww will be viable in 1.5 afterall | ||

Since I haven't geared my barb yet, how should I prepare for this patch? Should I go out and buy a mighty weapon or something before the price goes up or just give up on a WW barb? Help would be appreciated. | ||

If you really spent 350mil for your gear, this patch does nothing to your WW barb. Except now you can WW against fewer enemies. | ||

edit: actually I just want to confirm, since there are so many contrary views out there on the forums ... Proc coefficients affect, amongst other things: (1) LoH; (2) Life Steal; (3) Into the Fray; (4) Mighty Weapon + Weapons Master. Is this correct? | ||

Proc coefficients do NOT affect Life Steal, which suffers only from the 80% inferno nerf. http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/5168867746?page=1 However, proc coefficients DO affect: (1) LoH; (2) Into the Fray; (3) Mighty Weapons Master. http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/4902400739 Barbs that rely solely on LoH may have to re-gear for some Life Steal. But again, as I said in my previous post, this is not an insignificant nerf to fury generating potential for the purposes of keeping up WotB. Sure, you don't need as much fury to use WW, but generating fury was always in my mind about keeping WotB up rather than WW. You don't really care much about WW since it scales off your weak Off-Hand Weapon Damage --- WW is only there for mobility and the ability to drop tornadoes directly on top of mobs. Also, I don't imagine the buffs to the two fury generation passives are enough to mitigate the loss to the build's ability to keep up WotB. Basically this patch makes the barrier to entry higher now for WW/Sprint barbs. You will need higher CC, higher IAS and either some Life Steal with LoH or a lot of Life Steal (and decent Life Steal belts are very expensive too). | ||

-I just bought a decent 810dps socket and +%25dmg Sever and a really nice Lamentation. Severs unique ability kill enemies with redicilous high killing blows means every kill gives huge life bonus (7-12k each kill.) Also Lamentation gives both crit chance and Lifesteal which helps gearing barb a lot. These 2 slots helps with +2crit chance. Not too much but every bit is important right now. 810 dps will help for WW. -As I mentioned before I have +9.8k Health globe bonus. This also help a lot. Probably cheapest way to increase survival  -After learning Weapon masters effected from Proc coefficients i will wait till patch comes. Now %30-35 crit chance seems enough for maintaining fury with Mighty weapon but after %60 nerf comes I don't think my crit will enough. But finding a cheap way for IAS still hard for me. | ||

I cant even read the item names that drop while running. I want to pick up a lifesteal belt but im not sure whether to go for lamentation or an IK belt to start filling out my set. I currently have the IK boots and helm. Should I go for the set or are mix match pieces too good? | ||
